The room size is big. The bed is super comfortable. Breakfast options are normal and plentiful. Staff relations are very polite. the service is very good. The location is the best. Close to everything. Will come again.

Excellent!! We stayed just one night there, unfortunately. Big and very well-equipped room and bathroom!! Great buffet breakfast included!! Staff very kind!! The only problem is the location, not really very close to the main attractions of UB. But...

1. Location: About 4km from Sukhabart Square (Statue of Chinggis Khan) Within 1km from Narangtol Market.. 2km from E-Mart 3rd store It is about 2.5km away from the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, so there is severe traffic congestion. The landlord is very nice. The room is very clean and the furniture is very comfortable. The transportation to the surrounding area is convenient, and there are also supermarkets nearby. Quiet and not noisy. In short, it is a very good overseas homestay.

Great Place & a Good Ambience. Feel the real atmosphere with great food & great shopping Experience to shop. Can be visited along with friends & family Situated in the center of the city & can be reachable without any hastle.

Hotel is same building with a bank. Next building also another bank and thus changing money is easy. B1 is small supermarket with prices displayed. Level 2 is restaurant for meals. Level 3 hotpot restaurant.. (did not try) Big TV. Toiletries provided. Mini bar at your cost with fridge. Level 8 sauna is apparently not open during my visit. Opposite hotel is another small supermarket and prices are displayed for your convenience. Nomin supermarket is about 500m away..

Bearing in mind that English is not one of their native languages (which was way better than my Mongolian to be sure) the staff was as helpful and patient as they could be with me. I stayed at the hotel for a week for business (in January, with -25'C weather - not my first choice!), and as it was close to my work place, it was ideal for me. Things I really liked were: the heated bathroom floors, the bath / shower options, the big towels, the comfort level of temperature in the rooms (I never felt cold in the hotel, which I was amazed about), the gym and the breakfast each day, and the staff bringing water whenever needed (the tap water is not considered potable). I took advantage of the airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as the drop-off to the work place, which was most convenient. I recommend this hotel to others considering staying here, if the location works for you.
