Flawless - from arrival to departure and everything in between. We travelled to C.P.M on our honeymoon at the end of October and had a fantastic holiday. We had high expectations of the hotel but the stay, service and setting exceeded them. The hotel is set in fantastic grounds - it feels very private and lots of space. This combined with less rooms than other hotels results in a really relaxed atmosphere that never feels busy. The service was second to none - special mention to Vikash and Sundeep at the beach who treated us wonderfully every day. Further to this Akhil at reception was so thoughtful and considerate. We enjoyed three rounds of golf and tennis - was quite struck at the quality of equipment (given it was included I was expecting to be let down here but not at all). Food across the board was excellent - we did bed and breakfast and on reflection preferred the flexibility that this offered. Entry level rooms are exceptional - always a sign of a sensational hotel. Great beach, water sports included and total privacy if you wanted it - spot on.

This was our third visit to Mauritius and to this beautiful resort, the location and the views are spectacular, having visited a few all inclusive resorts in other parts of the world, this is by far the prettiest, with spacious public areas tastefully decorated.There are numerous staff that attend to all of your needs they genuinely want your stay to be memorable and are friendly and attentive, we stayed for 10 nights and were able to make friends with a number of the Belle Mare Plage team The breakfast buffet is expansive and you may help yourself to as much or as little as you wish, we were very well looked after each morning by Nisha, and Ranooka, who makes delicious omelettes, and I must mention Chef Satish who is a true legend of La Citronelle Indigo was a great place for lunch with an extensive menu to choose from and quality food, the restaurant is well managed by Sam with most friendly and attentive staff particularly Seetul and Akash who provided our chilled and perfectly mixed cocktails The resort main bar is large and comfortable, open all day, with a varied entertainment programme provided each evening, snacks are provided free with your drinks, which was a nice addition. The bar is expertly managed by Vijay and his attentive team, Pascal, Rahul, Rishi, Nikash, Adrien, Fabian, Ayush, Akash, Tanveer, Josh, Lucca, Cedlay, Mevin, Nishal, Yori, Noam, Liroy We stayed in a junior suite, large area, great bathroom and separate shower, very large bed and luxurious linens changed twice each day and our housekeeper Kavita took very good care of us during our stay. We were on the ground floor that allowed us dual entry to the room both from the front and from the patio area, which was spacious and very comfortable, and we could walk directly to the beach, which is of the finest sand . We were all inclusive and paid a small subsidy in specific restaurants, which may not be to everyone’s liking in an all inclusive but additional charges were not unreasonable and the food was much higher quality than the buffet included in the hotel cost. All of our drink requirements were catered for in the all inclusive, cocktails, spirits and wine, including sparkling wine By far our favourite restaurant was LaSpaggia, the most perfect setting, incredibly lovely people, Aki was most helpful, who remember you on each visit and chat like friends, remember your likes and dislikes and ensure you have the very best experience. The crepe Suzette is not to be missed! The two golf courses were included in price so you could book as many rounds as you wished, with transport to each provided by the hotel Upon departure they have a superb departure lounge for late departures to ensure you can make the most of your last day, showers, towels, hairdryers and a comfortable lounge, air conditioned, whilst you wait for for departure time I would highly recommend this resort and look forward to visiting again in the future , Gert Puchtler provides a wonderful and tranquil reso

What a fantastic place. From the moment our taxi drove through the archway of the hotel to a beautiful courtyard style entrance we thought this is gonna be good. A lovely welcome from the reception and drinks. Told to leave the suitcases you are on holiday. Shown to our room which was very spacious and clean ( room 1602 garden view with a little view of the sea). Room had a mini bar with all inclusive drinks but some chargeable. Asked for the chargeable ones to be taken out which he promptly did. The man who filled the bar remembered my name and room number after just meeting him once( amazing memory and attention to what I wanted). The bar I thought did good alcoholic drinks. Some all inclusive deals the drinks are very weak. The bar staff were all incredibly good at there jobs but Rajesh , shahil & kunal were worth a special mention. They even started bringing drinks over when I hadn’t even ordered a drink, they just turned up with it, unbelievable service. The food was very good and nice that my youngest was sorted, if he didn’t like anything online night you only had to ask for nuggets and chips and these would be freshly made and no charge. In the main restaurant the staff were very good, rembering you by name and your room number even what drinks you like. Hotel very clean and tidy the gardeners never stopped and we’re always going something with the gardens. Kavita our cleaner was really friendly and quite a character , my Wife ( Diane) hit it off with her straight away and nearly put her on her Christmas card list. Weather was ok despite it being their winter . It did rain a bit but it usually cleared up quickly. Sometimes it was a bit windy but not as bad the other side of the island. . Trip with Tui were brilliant very enjoyable and memorable ( 5 islands catarspeed and tour of the southern island).

The beaches of Long Beach are not bad. Although it is a little worse than the Maldives, there are still plenty of places to play with the fur ball. In order to save trouble, I stayed here for 7 nights in the fur ball and witnessed a lot of guests haha! First of all, the hotel's comprehensive value for money is high, including breakfast and dinner, because it is the wedding anniversary, but also gave wine and small gifts, 50% off the spa, free Kashima pickup and one-hour golf experience. But one thing is not very good, that is, the service items included in the hotel were not actively notified to us, we only knew it by ourselves. The restaurant can be reserved in advance, except for the buffet, but there are restrictions on free order. The Chinese restaurant recommends that you ask a Chinese chef to do something authentic. Every night at 9 o'clock, there are still people knocking on the door for sanitation. The whole is very clean, that is, there are ants on the first floor next to the plants or something. Seeing a lot of birds and chameleons proves that the environment is very natural and original. In terms of service, there is room for improvement. There are no Maldives hotels that are doing well and feel impersonal. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights because the departure time was more than 8pm. We asked the hotel if it was 2 hours late Check out, did not get the accommodation, you need to add money to add time, cold. There is a Manluria who speaks Chinese at the front desk. The people are very nice and beautiful. Thanks for helping! If you still have the opportunity to go to Maoqiu, you should choose another hotel to experience it.

Free parking and gate security are in place like all hotels in Maodao. We were just in time for the hurricane. We couldn't go to sea in rainy days. The hotel also had a lot of entertainment facilities. Table tennis, football, sand, volleyball, and pool. The WIFI signal in the room is very weak, only the balcony signal is very strong. I wonder if the facility was affected by the hurricane. The beach is downstairs, but the WIFI signal is very strong. There are many schools of fish not far from snorkeling, and basic water sports facilities are free of charge. The staff is very friendly, the environment in the yard is beautiful and quiet, it is much better than the salt selection we stayed behind, it is worth recommending ~

The beach of Mao Ball really doesn't want to hold too high expectations. This is the third home in Mao Ball. The service and the first two are really incomparable, because the former one lived in a bubble and served too much. There is no comparison here, you can only say that the price is OK, after all, this price is cheaper in the hair ball. To praise the bath water here, because the bubble is open air, so the bath water is cold at night, no matter where the bath water is good in the morning and evening, it is close to the SUPER U flacq shop. Go to the hair ball and try to avoid Sunday. We had 2 weeks of this trip, which was wasted. The public holiday supermarket of Zhoumao Maoshu was closed, the hotel was closed, and the project did not have to play.
