First of all, I would like to thank Ctrip for its services. It is true that the big brand is trustworthy. But this hotel is an unreliable hotel. If possible, go to another house. Near the airport, Paradise Island, Full Moon Island, or Bandos Island can be reached by speedboat. When I was picked up, I was asked to wait by the side. I waited for almost an hour and no one answered me. We have to wait to get on the boat. When I arrived, I disembarked with an African couple, because after waiting for the African couple to wait for an hour, then I went through the formalities for them first, and I waited next to me. Then when I was sending off the plane, I had a flight at 9 o'clock. He told me to go to the airport at 6 o'clock. I said that I would go to see the dolphins with your hotel group. They didn't care, saying that the boat would not wait for me. But this group of people will definitely not be on time, it will definitely exceed 6 o'clock. In fact, they and Dolphin Sightseeing are both in the same hotel. They didn’t even know when the Dolphin Sightseeing came back, and then they said no to me without thinking for a second. It made me boring all day. Later, I asked myself, and the dolphin tour will be back before six o'clock. The staff at the recreation hub is much better than the cold-blooded people at the front desk. Finally, Ctrip coordinated. The boat departed 15 minutes late, but finally left at 6:25, not because of me, but Xiao Hei slowly got there. I got back to the pier on time at 6 o'clock. There are island hopping tours here, but because this hotel is inherently few people, each project requires more than 6 people to go, and many projects are not enough for people to go. I don't have much time in Madai, so I can only give up. So go to the more expensive islands where more people go, at least you can go to island hopping. The hotel rooms are average. The difference between the garden room and the superior room is the first floor and the second floor. The crows on the trees outside at night are very noisy and can’t stand it. In fact, it’s good for the first floor to be cheaper by 200 yuan a day. This island is the cheapest island fee, 85 US dollars, wifi is very poor, slow to death, you must first buy a data card in the Maldives. The waiter is not good, don't come, go to Sheraton Full Moon Island or Pantos Island, Bandos is about the same fee, 93 dollars, but the diving there is beautiful, the room price is about the same, but the service of others is good. It costs $43 per person to go back and forth to Bandos. You can only practice snorkeling here, there are many reefs, it's a small island, and it discriminates against the Chinese, and the service attitude is so bad. Everyone Chinese, don't come here. I regret coming. I should spend more money to stay in other hotels. The breakfast in the hotel is pretty good. The breakfast place is open-air and the photos are beautiful. There are many kinds of breakfast, too many to believe, I ate breakfast for two hours

...to enjoy your vacation. We have spent 10 days at the Bandos resort in September, and the place and staff are absolutely amazing (more about the people at the end). Unfortunately, there is currently construction work going on and we were only informed about this by our travel agent after the booking. Our beach villa did not really have a beach (yet) as this was still being prepared. The shovel excavator started doing its work at 7am in the morning and sometimes only stopped at 10:30pm. This was the unfortunate part. We do not necessarily blame the hotel for this as the renewal has to be done at some stage. The Bandos resort is soon getting 50 years old and it is good that it is being kept up to date. The new villas at the front left side are really nice. We would just have hoped that the current circumstances would have been better described on the web site and that the prices would have been adjusted accordingly. We had the all-inclusive package which is kind of a must, otherwise the vacation will be very expensive. With AI, you will have a wide choice of drinks and really good food for breakfast, at lunch and dinner. You definitely have to try the different curry's, they are excellent in taste. The best thing about the resort is its team. Everybody is fluent in English, very kind to you and can somehow read your mind and wishes that you have. The management must give their employees a really good training upfront. At dinner, Tanuj, xx, xx and xx gave us a perfect treatment. After a few days they recognized us, despite having to take care of so many visitors. Special requests, such as different beverages or food, were being taken care of right away. At the last day of our stay we had a table that was already prepared for us, The decoration looked wonderful and it almost felt like a honeymoon. The location gets 5 stars. The current construction works (and the way they are handled) reduces it down to 3-4 stars. However, the kindness of the team brings the overall impression back to 5 stars. Excellent guidance and service from the staff team, beautiful resort island, excellent maintenance of rooms, swimming pool, restaurant, beach, bars. Just a bit of a shame about expensive excursions and water sports activities, they can certainly be half the price. All in all, we enjoyed a stay on a beautiful resort island, enjoyed our ”own” house reef (fish and baby sharks you see every day), enjoyed sunrises and sunsets every day. We went there for our honeymoon and it was all we wanted. The people in the island are all so friendly and professional. The resort is clean and beautiful. The food included in the lobi plan were all superb. It was definitely a great culinary exerperience for us. Our island hostess, Maryam, is very professional and kind. She attended to our needs efficiently and arranged activities for us to make sure we have a great time. She even checked on us on a regularly basis which was sweet. The bar staff Puja & Maya were very nice. The restaurant staff ( Ivy, Nady, Wintiri)were consistently smiling and attentive to our needs during meals . Yeshi and the housekeeping team kept our room and tidy twice a day and even surprised us with cute towel designs and treats from time to time during our 8day stay. They also offer various activities in the island and you can also have access to their sister island which is only 15 walk or they can drive you there and experience a more family vibe. We really enjoyed the snorkeling trips. The snorkeling trip staff Rishy and Hassan really tried to make sure that we can have good snorkeling trips despite the weather challenges and even assisted my husband in capturing a video when he did a freedive. The island is amazing but what made it even more special is the staff. The resort is also the home to the biggest underwater restaurant in Maldives- Only blu restaurant. You get to experience it as they give you a complimentary dinner as part of their lobi plan. It was truly a memorable dining experience. We were so glad that we chose Oblu Lobigili as our honeymoon destination. We will definitely go back and hopefully with a better weather 😂

We had 4 nights 5 days stay at Kurumba Maldives. It was a very nice experience. The staff was good. The food was really very nice. Had good Indian food at Mahal . Specifically to mention “karuna” the girl at mahal was so sweet and cooperative. Breakfast was also very nice variety with few Indian options.Even the photo shoot at the resort was great fun. Very good ferry transfer service to & fro airport. To sum up a very nice n memorable experience at kurumba . Would really suggest.

We would like to thank Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa for our amazing stay. We stayed a week at this resort and everything was perfect. Would like to say a BIG thank you to Yerlan and amazing Chef, who always came out to check if everything was great, also to Chamara, Dinendra, DJ-Yulia (she is perfect DJ). Also Anastasia a girl who looked after us Breakfast and Dinner Time. Prafula at the Beach restaurants - your salads and Burgers were the best. We could write a very long review, but in one word everything was SUPER good. Thank you all.

We did the blue canna for 4 nights. We decided to have a water villa. The sea view of the room is invincible. This island beach is worthy of Grade A. The sand is very fine and white. It is very comfortable to step on. The waves are a bit big. Snorkeling needs water better. , There are fishes under the water house, and small sharks, not aggressive! The breakfast is very rich, there are free drinks, and the number of dinners is also enough. Western style, the taste may not be liked by the Chinese. Generally speaking, a very cost-effective resort island

This was a surprise trip for my husband's 50th birthday and we were travelling with my Son Esa aged 8. Once we got to our resort we were greeted and welcomed by Amine and the team. Amine was very welcoming and took us on a buggy around the resort to show us around and escort us to our room. Amine went out his way daily to stay in touch via WhatsApp and kept us updated about all the activities taking place daily. Our room was amazing and we had been upgraded to a beach pool villa:-). The bed was decorated and a welcome card/fruits were placed in our room. The boy's were so excited regarding the private pool. Our resort was amazing and had alot to offer. This resort in particular had a kids club hence why I chose this resort. Guest Relations were amazing and accommodating . Grace also from Guest Relations was very welcoming and came to see us. The restaurant /food was pretty good and had lots of choice. Esa being a child wanted his normal chips/burger or nuggets and was offered this separately which was great. All the restaurant staff was amazing especially Shafiq, Shauka and the team. They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and happy. Shafiq had his way of taking care of families and even bringing the yummy special desserts to our table. He would always accommodate us to the best table/view too. Shauka was the head operations manager for all the restaurants and I promise you he was always hands on and ready to serve you in whatever you wanted to eat. He would always go out his way for us especially for my son Esa. Even on the last morning we was leaving he made Esa his favourite waffles :-). Our last dinner was arranged privately by Mr Ejaz (Hotel manager) and Shauka so we can celebrate my husband's 50th. A beautiful table was set on the stilts restaurant with a cake and Shauka personally came to serve us with all the different foods we wanted to eat:-). Absolutely amazing he was. Esa really misses everyone especially Shauka. We had an amazing stay and experience at Villa Nautica. We have already said that we will surely be coming back again and recommending to our family/friends. Small comment regarding the ice cream served at meal times in the restaurant- it was not nice/very poor quality. It was like some powdered ice cream mixed.
