The room is more than enough for two people, especially the bathroom, which is very bright and spacious, with a reasonable layout so you can take a shower and soak up the sunshine. Open the terrace door and sit on the sofa in the room to see the beautiful sea view. You can snorkel by going down the steps from the terrace. The water is clear. There is a piece of coral under Room 136. There are colorful fish in it. It is also common to encounter sharks. The Maldivian people are kind and friendly, and are very service-minded. The best experience is that they use their actions to encourage everyone to explore the unknown world of the sea. In particular, our butler Fathih arranged our activities clearly. Every activity is clearly priced. Although water activities are expensive, they are definitely worth it! The best thing is that you can explore another island while staying here. 

The hotel is approximately 30 minutes from the Male International Airport and costs a charge. The airport has a special person to pick up, very convenient. The environment on the island is beautiful, the sea is blue-green, and the beach is white and delicate. The rooms are large and well equipped with a reasonable layout. There are several restaurants, especially Thai restaurants. But take a boat for 5 minutes to go to another island. Special thanks to Ctrip's service. When I booked the hotel, I encountered a little episode. Ctrip had an unreasonable communication and coordination, and finally solved the problem. I am very touched! Praise

Very good hotel, although the room is not big, the surrounding area is under construction (the island is under construction), but it does not affect our family's perfect six days on the island, because the beach and sea view of GULHI Island are so beautiful, dreamy Like Blue, the hotel also has a lot of day trips or half-day trips so you won't waste time in the room at all. It takes only two minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach. You will pass a very beautiful path and a football field. The room is cleaned every day. We all enter the room with bare feet for fear of bringing sand into the room and wasting the hard work of the waiters. Basically Every time you leave the room and go back to the room you will find that the room will be cleaned once. The food in the hotel is also very delicious. You can order from the buffet in the morning and evening. The food is as delicious as the scenery of the island. The waiters at the front desk and the restaurant waiters are always so enthusiastic and help you solve everything. Here, I would like to thank Francis for his warm hospitality from confirming the pick-up before check-in to check-in and making us feel at home. I believe their team will build their due brand ! Compared with the Dhiffushi island behind, our family prefers Gulhi.

The Maldivian breakfast was and is amazing; Ali, Anoosh and Ali’s brother were amazing. Infact everyone on Gulhi island is extremely welcoming and amazing. Location is perfect; it is literally less than 50 meters from the beautiful Gulhi beach. Room cleaned everyday, breakfast made fresh everyday, towels and beach towels provided and changed everyday. The rooms have everything you need and more. As a solo traveller I was well looked after if you want to be looked after then stay in this property. The trip was with Ali and Anoosh’s brother in law and he is so funny. I was happy everyday in the property. Thank you so much guys!

On the culinary front, Nipuna and Janith, the talented chefs at Arena Beach Hotel, took our dining experience to a whole new level. Their culinary creations were nothing short of exquisite, and each meal was a delightful journey of flavors. From delectable breakfasts to romantic dinners by the shore, Nipuna and Janith's culinary skills added an extra layer of magic to our honeymoon. The accommodations were luxurious, offering breathtaking views and all the comforts one could ask for. Absolutely beautiful stay! The location is the most private possible, which is also what I love the most, away from the crowded tourist bikini beach, you can enjoy the beauty of local Maldives and tranquility of the island. Facing the sunrise, this hotel is beach front giving a stunning view. Check their terrace, it’s breathtaking! The rooms are spacious, good bed & blanket the softest ever (even more than resorts I’ve stayed!) lots of natural light, views of the island everywhere. There is housekeeping turn down service every single day, they really do a great job keeping our rooms super tidy. TV with plenty of channels and a mini bar, it’s also refilled with coffee + water daily. They also have a lovely restaurant facing the beach with homely tasty food, + the bartenders make impressively yummy juices & smoothies. But what really stands out for me is that the staff is amazing, extremely helpful, cordial, kind and steadfast. The service from staff here is 5 star resort, no kidding. Even we had a unfortunate situation with my husband who got so unwell and the staff supported us with everything taking him to hospital and make sure room is the cleanest, with high safety measures being taken there. I have no words enough to thank this place and their amazing people for making our stay so memorable, we still have Sunrise Beach in our thoughts now and then, smiling when remembering our moments in Maafushi staying there. Thank you so much for everything, and we will be back for sure!

I would give it 5 stars, but I won’t. The reason? I booked a seaview room to enjoy evenings on the balcony. At the moment it is 11 pm and just bellow our balcony there is such a loud (also bad and repetitive) music that our windows are shaking. Actually there are 10 people dancing(see photo) and half of the island suffering because of this nonsense. We also have early flight in the morning so who knows when this is gonna end so we can go to sleep. This is definitely not a place if you came to Maldives to relax. Otherwise clean place, friendly staff and good for exploring surrounding islands on day trips.
