"The room was large, with good facilities, but a little old. We called the hotel for a shuttle after leaving the Monterrey Airport, and they quickly arranged a large car for us that could hold more luggage. The service and value for money were really good."
"Although the room was not large, it was comfortable, the air conditioning unit seemed new and worked very well. We asked for another pillow and an additional blanket and staff came to deliver it to the room. Plenty of hot water for the shower, however no washcloths but I believe it is not the Mexican custom to use them.
I have to mention that the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a 2 star hotel. Fresh juices (2 choices), yogurt (choice of 2 flavors) with an assortment of nuts, granola, grains and good coffee. As for hot food, there were 4 choices, including scrambled eggs with sausages, hot vegetables, among others. Various types of cereals with milk and an assortment of 'dulces', like biscuits worthy of a pastry to top it all off.
The staff is very nice and we had a free shuttle bus to take us to the airport on the morning of our departure. Really cool."
"The hotel is conveniently located, there is a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, 5 minutes drive. The rooms are quite spacious, with a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was not very good, there was no hot water. The breakfast is average."
"Very good, close to the hotel. I heard that there is an airport transfer, no attention. But everything is quite good, the hotel's burger is oversized, cheap, worthy of praise."
"This hotel exceeded my expectations, because the last hotel was so bad;
Service: When we needed hot water, the waiter provided it immediately, and it was very convenient to store our luggage
Hygiene: It was still a problem with the carpet, it felt like it hadn't been washed for a long time
Facilities: The exterior of the hotel was brightly colored, which made me feel good, and there were safety doors separating the floors inside
Environment: Right next to the airport, good location"
"Hampton by Hilton is very close to the airport and there is an airport shuttle bus to and from. Room facilities are relatively old. Breakfast is OK. There are several restaurants next to it. One tastes very good."
"The room is very clean, the airport shuttle service is very good, it is a very good choice near the airport, it is a very good turning point to Monterrey Airport, it is very comfortable to stay for one night before departure"
"The room was clean and hygienic, with complete facilities. The breakfast was rich, with hot dishes and scrambled eggs. The metal edge of the table was a bit uncomfortable, but otherwise there was nothing wrong with it."
