The place is quite run-down for the price they charged. The room was spacious but not really well maintained. There's only one viewable tv channel. The bathroom condition was sad. The wifi was almost non-existence. You can only receive wifi signal at the lobby!

I was not placing too high a hope after reading the reviews online. But when I stayed there for 3 nights, I realized my fears was unfounded. Celcom reception was good even in the room. I can even have my zoom meeting and remote access my office comp with almost no lag. Wifi at the lobby is good as well for teams . All the staff are friendly and accommodative. Even the enquiry staff replies email fast after my barrage of questions as it is my first time to Malaysia after the pandemic. The rooms are very clean. Never stepped on a cleaner floor before even in 5 star hotel. The resort gives a very nature vibe good for a break from modern life. A lot of natural elements. The pool is great to spend the day. Food nothing to scream about given it is a 3 star hotel. But is good for a decent meal. Overall is a place I can go back and spend some time unwinding and bond with family.

Very abandoned property, don’t accept credit card, we have to do via transfer, ATM are not available inside property, most of the facilities are not available as they open after pandemic, we paid RM 250 for the room and their is no fridge available in the room. TV was available but decoder was not there so we have to request for one. Tissue boxes was not provided even we ask they said they don’t provide tissue boxes. We had dinner there quality and quantity was okay but extra pricey for the quality and ambiance. They serve buffet breakfast for the in-house guest. But the spread was local. nasi lemak and some sausages, with bread only. Surau facility was there also… Over all it was okay experience other then price.

Hot spring surrounded by nature, spacious and clean room and availability of bfast - my top 3 things i would go for when going for a short escape hence the reason i went to eRYA by Suria Hot Spring for the 3rd time. Kudos to the team for keeping the place warm and welcoming.

GGuest UserWe truly enjoyed the onsen session especially the Sakura Pool which was a piece of fine art. The uniqueness of the pool increased the pleasure of soaking in the hot water on a cold evening. The other pools were also unique, 1 with nano bubble which we were told was imported from Japan. After soaking, it made our skin smoother. We also enjoyed the other pool near the window which was with the highest temperature. With the cold breezy wind coming in from the window it made us felt so relax and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offered great service. Thanks to their dedicated guests officers. We also had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. For those who wanted a relaxing holiday and not too far away from the buzzing Genting Resorts world of entertainment, The Yanné Onsen Hotel is a great choice.

GGuest UserI had an absolutely amazing experience while staying at this hotel. The room was small and basic, but it was reasonably clean. The location was fantastic, right within a stone's throw of Bentong City. Most of the great attractions and eateries were within walking distance. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of.

My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. I found the Reception Staff very friendly 😁

I recently had an excellent stay at 7Stonez Suites GEO38 Genting Highlands. The overall experience was fantastic, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to grocery stores and food stalls nearby.
The suite was in pristine condition and very clean, earning a solid 5/5 from me. All the amenities, including the pool, gym, and Wi-Fi, met my expectations perfectly.
One minor downside was the check-in process, which was a bit slow. Additionally, a RM200 deposit was required, and they photocopied our IDs. However, this did not significantly affect my stay.
I highly recommend this place for a staycation. The apartment has two rooms, a kitchen for cooking, and facilities for washing and drying clothes, which makes it incredibly convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely consider returning.

YYayaBook a room without carpark but have hotel guest carpark. Drive out had to QR pay first, in this payment time is wasted my time. TNG pay unsuccessful twice, change to card payment unsuccess also but the guard said can already. Me like huh??? After few minutes recieved msg told that already deduct. Ok good. But 2times want to go out, become the first payment unsuccess and made us need to pay double. This QR pay is not very friendly user.

GGuest UserEverything was fined except the keycard very hard to in and out from the unit parking. Guard has to help us to do it while showing face is like our mistake why the card it's not working... other than that all ok. The guard in this building was not really helpful at all act like hmmp... no matter how u smile to them.

GGuest UserFriendly staff. The tent we booked while nothing fanciful, is sufficiently equipped with whatever you might/will need for a full ”camping” experience. If you do not drive, be mentally prepared to pay more for either a taxi or a grab car from either Awana or, Sky Avenue (the peak). Even if you are a solo traveller, booking for a 6-seater car will increase your chances of getting a grab car to take you. We tried unsuccessfully to get a 4-seater car to bring us down from Sky Avenue. It is about RM29 from Sky Avenue and about RM17 from Awana. Pray for good weather (no rain) during your stay else, getting around or exploring the area can be tough or impossible and, with us in the bell tent and the rain, there was nothing to do except... sleep. Each accommodation has a private toilet located beside the tent/dome. You will be exposed to the elements to enter the toilet. A small space for a shower and bowl. Everything gets wet during the shower. Breakfast was awesome. Upon check-in, the staff gave us a choice of 2 meals. We selected both options so we could try both options. Apart from our selection, guests were allowed to get free flow coffee/milo/juice and some half boiled eggs and toasts. Cereal with milk was also available. Our tent came with a portable cooler and a standing fan which made our sleep cool through the night. Without these 2 items though, the tent gets warm once the sun is up.

LLohAmandaThe water pressure from the shower is low, one of us had to shower cold water until we manage to figure out the water pump. The host sent their maintenance guy to fix the water pump the next day at 9am (when we were still sleeping). Couldn't find the AC remote, took us 30 minutes to final find it next to one of the beds. The kitchen sink was clogged and making noise. Parking is a hassle as it's open air and you need to park quite a distance if you get back late. It was raining when we arrived, so we were all soaked due to the open air parking.
We called the host at 12am to ask about the water pressure, he was responsive and helped us (over the phone) to sort it out. Water pressure is still low, but I guess that's the ”normal” pressure. Room can fit 6 adults comfortably. Good sound proofing.

GGuest UserThe location is about 1.4km to sky world and this is the reason we chose this place. The small route leading to this place is narrow and foggy so advise to drive when the sky is still bright. The check in process was a pain. No clear instruction when booking with Maplehome. We travelled with 2 elderly and 2 small kids. There are many blocks at ion delement. Upon arrival, I called them on check in process and I was asked to park at car park and go to level 3 for check in. They didn’t inform we are supposed to park at level 3 and check in at level 3 car park. So all of us dragging the luggage went to level 7. And called them again, went back to level 3, get the key, went to level 7 because family is waiting there not knowing where to go, went to grd floor of tower 1 and have to asked again then gotta walk outdoor to tower 2 on a very slippery walkway, then reach your place. It was a joke. Customer service is not doing a great job.
The place- it was spacious and ok. Sewerage smell is strong in kitchen and living hall. No dishwashing detergent provided so we didn’t use the glass. Heater not working after 3 persons used for 5 mins each. Good that there is en suite bathroom for the 2 bedrooms apartment we booked. Didn’t use the balcony as the weather was wet and cold so the floor was wet. TV has limited choice. Good that there is kids channel to keep the kids entertained. There were some small dirty stain on the wall. At night, the wind was strong so the room door keeps making sound even if it’s closed. Dogs were barking almost all night long.
- breakfast is not included if you booked with maplehome. If want to have breakfast, suggest to book direct with ion delement. We have to pay rm60 per person and rm30 per adult. However. It was the worst breakfast I had in my life- sausage was sour, ham soaked in water, people used hand to take bread, coffee not refilled in machine and doesn’t tastes good,
. Just take the egg. The restaurant should be rated as no star. Not hygienic, no passion and a pure mess. There is a small cafe opposite the restaurant. Suggest to try that if you happen to be there.
Wouldn’t return here again.
