The hotel is right on the roadside. There are a lot of food and convenience stores around. The front desk can speak Chinese. I'm not sure how far it is from the city center. I didn't go there. It's close to the TBS long-distance bus station. It's very convenient to take a Grab taxi. The room at this price Don't ask for so much. It's just small and old. Don't live in 203, 202, 204, 102, 103, or 104. It's very close to the road. It's hard to sleep at 12 o'clock in the evening. The bunk beds are very short. I'm 165cm tall and sit on the bed. It will hit your head, so you can stay here if you don’t have a budget.

I work in Lae on a fly-in, fly-out basis, staying in a small house adjacent to the Crossroads Transit Hotel. While the house has all the amenities one needs, working 12 hour days does not entice you to cook dinner. The Crossroads has a small bar, named as the Puk Puk Bar, which serves meals, engineered in the Hotel's restaurant. I have eaten there many times, with dishes ranging from Chicken Parmigiana, potato wedges, stir-fried veges, curries, and a variety of other dishes. They even used to have a Vietnamese Banh Mi on the menu, but fortunately that has disappeared (charging $15 for something that costs less than a dollar on the streets of Ha Noi). Which brings me to my point: there is no rationale to the pricing of each dish on the menu; all dishes range from PGK40 - PGK45 per dish, irrespective of the cost. Notwithstanding, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the food actually tastes ok. And the only options are to drive 10 miles to town if you want something to eat.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur! The convenience of its location near public transport made my trip incredibly smooth. Being able to easily access trains and buses made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel's staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The breathtaking view of the city skyline from my window was a highlight. I also appreciated the wide range of dining options available nearby. Whether I wanted to savor local delicacies or international cuisine, everything was within easy reach. Overall, this hotel's strategic location, combined with its excellent service and comfortable amenities, made my stay in Kuala Lumpur truly memorable

Never stayed with Banyan tree before, according to TRIP.com’s K.L. Top 6 luxury hotel list, I’ve choose this brand for my first ever time and it turns out it’s a bit disappointed. Services was definitely great, everyone were so friendly and helpful. The location was cool, hotel lobby had a lift and a bridge that linked to pavilion shopping mall. Con: safety awareness needs to be improved： On the 56/F, -There’s some broken conquers on the floor right at the edge of a table, where people very often stood there to take photos. -The stairs that walks to the outdoor dinning area are quite narrow, and there’s no lights or warning signs around it, it’s very dangerous to walk at the dark. Hotel itself looks quite new and clean but somehow A number of hardwares are not working properly in the room.

Awesome location, in the middle of everything, public transportation, shopping malls, restaurants... Excellent service from the first to the last day. The hotel is clean and has a rooftop with a gym that is a great plus. We got a small room but was enough for us and very quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The breakfast buffet was a delightful array of international and local dishes, catering to every palate. Each meal was prepared with fresh ingredients, and the ambiance was both relaxed and refined. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped gym and a stunning infinity pool that offered a refreshing escape. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to both business and leisure destinations in the city. What truly set Alila Bangsar apart was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They were attentive and thoughtful, always willing to assist with any request. My stay was marked by a seamless blend of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. I left feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly satisfied, already looking forward to my next visit.

Nice hotel. Booked for 4 days and 3 nights for lake and garden view but only could see hotel pool. 😂 Requested for same floor with another room which was granted. Deposit was hefty though. Enjoyed the breakfast. Super big room. Comfortable even for 4 people. Was charged for plug adapter “rent” but the hotel was kind enough to waive it. Basic swimming pool. Ot was super cold due to the wind. Kids club is chargeable per entry but was pretty simplistic too. But services are tip top.
