"Checked in at 3:40 PM, but after queuing for about 30–40 minutes, the front desk informed me that my room was still not ready and asked me to wait an additional 90 minutes. It felt like the management had taken on more than they could handle. This was an advance booking, and given that it was a peak period, I would expect better preparation.
Breakfast was another issue. There was a very long queue. I was lucky to arrive early, but it was still uncomfortable trying to enjoy my meal while seeing the crowd building up behind me. The breakfast itself was average—some items were good. The char kway teow, in particular, was quite nice.
One surprising observation: it was my first time seeing a chef clearing guest tables. That was unexpected."
"Overall okay. Room cleanliness needs to improve better, but still bearable.
If you like live band and happening vibe in your room, you may have your stay over the weekend as there is a live band there.
Downside: curtains rail is stiff and not able to close up properly. No towel were provided till we call up to the operator to ask for it."
"It is one of our favorite hotels in Putrajaya. There was a huge crowd waiting for check in and waited 3 hours just to get a room from 3pm till 6pm, the most unfortunate thing over Malaysia Day.
But it was compensated right away by allowing late check out until 3pm, which was super great 👌.
Thank you, Palm Garden reception, they managed the crowd patiently, well done !"
"I had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien. The service was superb, and I would especially like to commend Maq Rozi and Syahmi Afif for their warmth and patience. Their gentle assistance made my “solo trip” with two young children smooth and stress-free. Maq Rozi just makes everything happen - he's amazing. And Syahmi Afif even walked out to wave us goodbye when we've boarded the shuttle bus to the airport. And to all the other staff whose names I did not manage to catch, working on 6 - 8 October 2025, you're amazing!
The breakfast spread deserves special mention — a huge range, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.
The Kids Club was a great help, and it was clean! I've been to hotel kids clubs that are not sanitary but not at Le Meridien! The team there showed genuine care - a standout moment for me was when I learned about the hotel’s KLIA shuttle service from a parent I met at the Kids Club after checking out; I called the concierge from the Kids Club to check the schedule, and instead of just giving me the time, the staff came up personally to escort my children and I to the lobby when it was time to leave. That level of attentiveness is something rare and deeply appreciated.
In addition to that, the pool is nice - the children loved it, needless to say.
Overall, the hospitality, thoughtfulness, and service excellence here are exceptional. I’ve already booked my next stay at the end of the year."
