The folder charged me the money again after I paid on the trip platform, claiming that the platform only gave them 27% and charged me again 31 dollars more, saying that the platform does not advertise that it has two types of rooms, one with fan and the other with a/c and it costs 58 dollars a/c the pool area is dirty the water in the pool is green in short the hotel is kind of neglected

This hotel is across the street from the hotel and has a 24 hour shuttle service. They are very prompt in their replies via WhatsApp. The bed is comfy, room is clean and the wifi is fast enough for online video calls. One con is I never could get the hot water to work in the shower but I live in Nicaragua so I’m used to cold showers lol. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has good, local options.

In this hotel and had the worst experience In this hotel I stayed 3 days to start in those 3 days never made cleaning ie waste was overwhelmed . The breakfast is nothing like it comes out in the pictures so nice , in fact it is very poor a small toast cut half a tortilla of an egg and a milk water is all that give you . But the worst experience was that ROBARON If we were stolen in the room , to be safe before calling the police they checked it in the hotel rooms and clearly seeed how the security chief entered the room we called The police and so did he tell us that it was the Night Security Lord who has the order of arrest for the complaint we made . To continue with the very bad experience the hotel was not made responsible for anything and how it was that they treated us super badly they allegedly not even know who in the owner of the hotel and the manager their workers did not know the name jjj Even when I arrived the police left and left us alone knowing that it was his responsibility to be his employee the suspect . After so many lies we realized that the alleged lady who told us was cleaning was the owner and the resettling daughter and no one knows how to make your clients give you a recommendation . I do not recommend this place for nothing

LLovetotravel121221I booked this hotel because of the great reviews, the time our flight landed and the convenience of being close to the airport. We arrived late at night and their shuttle was not available so I was told they would have a taxi waiting for us to bring us to the hotel. That never happened. Upon arrival - no greeting from the woman at the front desk and the atmosphere was not welcoming at all. She explained nothing to us and only asked for payment. I had to ask for water, amenities information and the time that breakfast is served. The rooms were comfortable, I like the three beds and they have AC. My husband however, made the mistake of looking behind one of the bed posts and there was tons of hair, dust and dirt accumulated for who knows how long. It was awful! In the morning - same, no greeting from a different woman at the front desk. To top it off - they were supposed to refund $50.00 back to my credit card. As of today, no refund! So on top of being rude, they also keep the money that they say they are going to refund. Pros - bellhop was extremely nice and helpful and so were the gentlemen working in the restaurant in the morning. Other than that - I would stay far away from this place. Or maybe because we are latinos we are treated differently than other guests. We will never stay here again and we were very excited to be here as this was our first trip to Nicaragua.

I cannot return to my country because of the war and the owner told me “You are not that broke if you are travel the world” and charged me money for the booking I’ve never used. I don’t normally post negative reviews but here I feel that it’s a matter of justice. I’ll describe the situation below so that everyone could decide for themselves if they want to stay here and be a customer of this business. I’m from Ukraine and now I’m temporarily in Nicaragua because due to the Russia-Ukrainian war it’s not safe to return to the city where I used to live. The situation there remains unstable and dangerous. I booked two nights at this hostel. I didn’t read the reviews or anything (which was my mistake). I simply choose it because it was the cheapest option and I’m now obviously pressed for money. At the border crossing from Honduras to Managua, some unexpected issues occurred and the officials told me that I had to go back to Honduras and wait. I immediately notified the hostel stuff via a chat on Booking and explained the situation. I politely asked them to change the dates of my booking or cancel it without the penalty due to the force majeure situation. I also told them that I couldn’t afford paying for the accommodation where I didn’t stay because my budget was pretty limited. In response, the hotel owners charged me the full amount for two nights and deleted the chat. Also, they didn’t reply to any of my messages or to my email. I couldn’t believe, thought, that someone could treat their customers like that and came to Managua to talk to the owner. When I came to the place, the owner seemed pretty nice, but his attitude changed once he found out that I wanted to ask for the favor of getting the services I’ve paid for. I wasn’t offered any compromise or, God forbid, any help. He also lied to me that they had to send some people away because of my booking. I know that it’s not true because I checked Booking several times, and the beds in dormitory were always available for all dates. Basically, he just kicked me out and I had to walk with all my stuff for 50 minutes alone in Managua LATE AT NIGHT. Probably, he decided that I was wealthy enough to afford a taxi but I’m not. I do understand that business is about making money but at what cost? Are thing going so bad that the owner really had no choice other than taking money from someone who’s going through hardship? I didn’t ask for any charity or something like that. The money has already been paid. Muy amable el personal, la comida es buena y buen precio, habitaciones limpias, se ajusta al costo de la bolsa de una familia de 4 personas. Realmente me gusta porque hay variedad en el menú, durante nuestra estancia hemos pedido diferentes tipos de comida y toda estuvo muy buena.
