"Nice hotel that sit between Netherlands and Germany border. The hotel room is clean and have the necessarities for the occupants. There are many nice restaurants and grocery store nearby, easy to settle meals and hunt for groceries. It will be perfect if there is a workout gym in the hotel as the time of my visit was too cold and did not have the required gears to do outdoor activities."

The hotel is located in the middle of the train station between Kennispark and Twente University. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the above two places. The hotel has bicycle rental, ordinary bicycles for 10 euros a day, electric bicycles for 20 euros a day, and the fastest rider to the speed of 28 kilometers per hour. The room is a 2-storey duplex suite with a living room on the ground floor and a bedroom on the upper floor. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel breakfast is OK. Because there are no shops nearby, it is recommended to have breakfast at the hotel or prepare yourself in advance."
