That day, the hotels in Rotterdam and Amsterdam were all booked, and I finally booked this one, and the price should have gone up. The location is rather off, it should be difficult to get there without driving. The service attitude is okay, it seems to be the hotel of a small football club. Free parking, there are parking spaces

What a great hotel. Just a few minutes walk from the train station and if you are a keen train spotter you can watch them from your bedroom window. Spotless room. A small fridge which was nice. Tea/ coffee. Amazing shower, super powerful and refreshing. Comfy bed. Air con to get the room temperature right. Bag storage secure room if your flight is later and you don't want to carry your luggage around.

The location right on a pond is very good, breakfast is very good! Unfortunately, access to the rooms is a bit difficult, a seat and the baggage must be dragged over the stairs to the 1st or 2nd floor. Otherwise everything was OK.

Very close to Leiden Railway Station, very convenient, the hotel is relatively clean, there are many supermarkets around, there are many restaurants, about ten minutes to the center of Leiden, it is convenient to take the train to other cities.

Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast, cosy rooms, terras for the kids outside, parking facilities at 100 meters from the hotel, the city centre at the doorstep of the hotel, Leiden is a nice city to spend a week, go shopping or visit many of the countless museums.

I was in town overnight i booked at last min. Everything you need is very close by. It's also only 1 min walk from train station which is easy to get to from schipol airport by train. 10 mins Beautiful location and surrounds. The room was warm. Clean. And comfortable. As a Scots traveller some milk would be practical as we like milk In our tea yet this is never provided by our European neighbours. Overall no complaints and I will definitely be back for future trips 5 star.

Very Good
SSöderbergMartinA bit strange behaviour from the staff while checking in... We arrived after 3 pm. The room wasn't ready so they asked us to wait and offered us a during while we waited. OK, that sounded fine but the drink never came and suddenly the room was ready after a few minutes. No big deal, but if you offer the customer a drink, I think you should deliver on that. Otherwise the stay was fine. Newly built hotel, very close to the train station. The breakfast buffet had what we wanted.

MMarcelo SeixasGreat location near the central station of the beautiful city of Leiden. The hotel itself is well into the world-known standards of the Ibis brand; as always, an Ibis hotel is a safe bet for a comfortable night with reasonable prices. Extra points for all of the helpful and sympathetic people at the check-in counter!
(The picture I added is actually the windows' view from my room, which was quite pleasant - even more so with the daylight in the morning)
