"Hotel is a bit far out, but there is a bus that goes to Delft city centre. Best to take a taxi or Uber if having luggages. Room is of a good size, mattress is on the soft side for me and pillow is too high, need to self make my own pillow.
Service is superb, staffs are very friendly and super helpful. They all carry genuine smile and always offer help.
Breakfast is simple, but still good enough to start a day.
Room making can be improved, sometimes used towel is left on the desk, tissue paper not refilled and etc. In general I would still recommend this hotel if you are going for business or need to stay around that area."
"Expensive parking, parked the car somewhere else
Nice staff, Thomas showed us the facilities, Gijs and Gwen also did their best for the good atmosphere only 1 at the farewell, no attention at all, it shouldn't be like this
Good room service and cleaning, good service with technical problems
Nice Wellness, but some facilities stop too soon, press buttons again...
Not really a 5 star hotel, but a nice stay

"The environment is great, the quality of Roland Chateau. It is not like a hotel as a whole, mainly operating a Michelin restaurant, the staff are busy in the restaurant, and there is often no one at the front desk. Located in a park villa."
"The breakfast is already very good locally! 8 minutes walk from the city center, it is the best hotel in the local area, the rooms are clean and tidy, overall it is good, would recommend it"
"For us, it was just an overnight stay.
It was an ideal base for traveling by train from Delft Campus to Rotterdam (free parking at the park-and-ride) for the Rotterdam Marathon.
We received excellent service at the hotel reception, and the rooms were nice and clean. The location was convenient, right next to the highway and close to Delft city center (by car)."
