Qualtiy Hotel Entry has a great location close to the main road E18 approximately 11 kilometers south of Oslo. The hotel has a large car park and offers parking for NOK. 150 per day and night. From the hotel there are good bus connections to the center of Oslo. Hvervenbukta beach is only a short walk from the hotel. The hotel's common areas appeared to be clean, modern and well maintained.. The hotel has both a bar, a restaurant and a separate fitness room. The guest room was simply furnished and consisted of two beds, an armchair, flat screen TV, a desk and a bar stool that was intended as a desk chair. There was no aircondtion or minibar in the room. The mattresses and pillows appeared somewhat worn and should have been replaced. However, the bed linen was clean and in good condition. The cleanliness was generally poor, the bins were not emptied and there was rubbish from the previous guest both in the bathroom and the guest room. There were also several stains on the walls, curtains and furniture. The bathroom had underfloor heating and was simply furnished. There was dispenser soap both at the shower and sink. In addition to this, a test set of face creams was laid out on the bed. The maintenance could be somewhat better in both guest rooms and bathrooms. There was also no ventilation in the room, which meant that the air quality was perceived as poor. The breakfast was served as a buffet and had a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. The various dishes were nicely presented and there was also a good selection of allergy-friendly dishes. However, the food did not seem fresh and both the cold cuts and the cheese had dried to the edges and seemed to have been left out for a long time. There was also very little flavor in the bacon that was served. The service level of the staff was very variable. Only a few of the employees spoke Norwegian. At check-in we had to wait a long time for some staff to come to the reception and there was a lack of both service comments and information about the hotel's facilities. The female English-speaking employee in the breakfast room was cheerful and pleasant. The hotel has the potential to deliver a good experience, but something should be done with both cleanliness, service level and food quality before I can recommend the hotel to others.

Hotel location is very good, next to the train station, the service is also very in place, I will set a person's bed is 20m2 big bed room, the result is told that it is a single bed room (the cheapest file only 15m2). The hotel is located at 5-6 minutes relaxed walking from the train station - just near the sea. It has a small lobby, but we could also use some tables of its restaurant, while enjoying free coffee or tea throughout the day. It also offers light dinner included in the price and it was one of the reasons I selected it. The dinner includes buffet of few salads and amazing dressings, as well a daily soup, a meal and freshly baked bread. The breakfast was very tasty, beautifully decorated on a small table - including varieties of options for every taste, immediately re-filled when emptied. Everything offered was of a high quality. There is also a free gym and sauna. The room is not big, but is sufficient. Nice decoration. Not too big beds in a twin. The toilet is quite tiny, with intelligent shower cabin. Nice huge windows with sun the whole day long. Surprisingly - there was no fridge. The TV had only few, national channels. All staff members are very polite and helpful. I got the room immediately on arrival - few hours before official check-in time. The check-out is really fine - set at noon. There is very small, but free luggage room. Finally - I got very good price for it on Trip.com, compared to the other providers.

Hotel location has subway station, airport bus station, city transportation or to the airport is very convenient, booked family room with kitchen, you can cook by yourself, there is a gas station next to it, there are many supermarkets, and it is also very close to Munch Museum near.

Very clean and facility is great! But the human services are very bad. The front desk people don’t know how to serve. When checking in, they only hand you the room key and they don’t tell you where to park, where to unload your luggage, how to connect Wi-Fi, and where to find things in the hotel.
