"The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful and was very helpful in advice specially Mr.Basu. Parking is so big. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. All the precaution are applied by each and every staff like face mask, face shield, temperature check & sanitization are taken as priority upon arrival. Swimming pool is located at 6th floor which is just awesome with the city view.. i will recommend all to visit once."

"This hotel is inside the country park so you have to hire a car to go in and out. So you need to stock up with snacks and sweets before coming in. So, the only option you have is to take their package to the activities. I see tourists inside this hotel but mostly on tour, having their own packages. As travellers not bound by any travel agency, our choice is limited to: Jeep safari + canoeing. you can have the Tuala tribe dance and bbq snacks if you add more. Before signing up, I thought I could have more like jungle walk, ride on the elephant into the jungle, etc… outside the hotel is the country park so you can hear the animals at night which is good. But since there are trees, you quite can’t see the river from the balcony so it is not like you sit in the balcony and you can see the river and animals right outside. This hotel is first class for the cleanliness and the room. But for travellers, probably staying outside the country park has more options. My bf and I did not take their buffet lunch or dinner (which cost 2500rs / person) but insisted on a-la-cart. The food is not bad. And there are many waiters and waitresses to serve you."

"Environment: Absolutely loved it, beautiful, romantic, peaceful, and secluded. Facilities: Simple but complete. However, the bathroom had a leak, and the shower switch was hard to use. Cleanliness: Cleaned daily, very spotless. Service: Warm, thoughtful, and meticulous, with greetings at all times! They also provided introductions to local culture and folk performances! Location: Too far from nearby cities and attractions. The main issue was the inability to find a taxi (including InDrive), leaving the very expensive hotel cars as the only option."
