"Cable TV stopped functioning for more than 5 days. Good breakfast buffet w/ variety of choice. Customize omelette w/ limited toppings of choice. Need to wait 10 mins for hot water shower.  Friendly & helpful hotel staff. Nicest hotel in Bacoor City so far despite the problems w/ cable TV & hot shower!"

"Place are very clean/modern than other branch,but service need more improvement! Why I say that? Because I ask then how many times to clean and change the bedsheets but we are just waiting for nothing, The reception who sent my passport in my room I really appreciate it. "Everything is good. One ride from SM Bacoor, tatawid ka lang. Didn't expect that they got their own Netflix account free to be used unlike sa Iba na ikaw ang need mag login. Other things were working fine. It's just the bathroom shower Lang sa room namin, di buo ung water na nalabas. Nasa isang side lang sya. But still working Kaya walang problema samin. Didn't expect din Na malakinang standard room. Babalik kami dito. 💓"

"I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family."

"There is no hot water in the shower, but the temperature is high, so it was quite good. Also, only two bottles of water were provided, but since I stayed for consecutive nights, I basically bought drinking water."
