"The room is spacious, clean, and a bit old. However, we were placed in the most corner room, with no signal and no Wi-Fi. They should not use that room! We’ve been trying to call the front desk for hours to change rooms, but no one is responding. We also requested a chair so we could work, but still no action has been taken. The location is great tho."

"This is not my first stay, so I'm familiar with the place. The service was great! The front desk was very friendly and I had a really good stay even during the storm. They have a generator and I believe everything was well during my stay. However, the breakfast buffet, I don't know what happened, but it seems that the quality of food is so bad now. Over the course of 3 nights, the adobo and chicken korma was hard and dry and the other food options felt lackluster. I only ate the hotdogs, bacon (limited only), and rice. Their usual taho was still good but runs out before 9am. The egg station attendee was a bit rude. I asked for fried eggs directly while he was cooking because there were none left on the serving platter, but he scoffed and told me to get at the platter. I told him theres none, then he and gave me a side eye before refilling it. This time, the room I got also had very low signal and wifi, wherein I had to stand by the door to get signal, which was unlike my past stays. But it was alright as I got a big room as I requested. Overall, I would still stay here for comfort and value, but the breakfast buffet is not something to look forward to."

"Beautiful Hotel, But Breakfast Needs Attention We recently stayed at Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay for 2 nights and had a wonderful overall experience. The property is beautiful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is also perfect for accessing the beach. However, we feel the breakfast offering is an area that needs significant improvement and doesn't match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. · Limited Variety: The selection was quite limited and remained almost exactly the same every day. After a few days, it became very repetitive. · Food Temperature: The hot food items (e.g., sausages, bacon, steamed rice) were often lukewarm or cold, which was disappointing. · Freshness: On a couple of mornings, the pastries and bread felt a bit stale, as if they were from the previous day. · Local Flavors Missing: We were hoping for more authentic Filipino breakfast options (like garlic rice, different local sausages, or fresh tropical fruits beyond just watermelon and pineapple) to better experience the local cuisine. This is a lovely hotel with so much going for it. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as a few improvements to the breakfast would make this a truly 5-star experience. We would still consider staying again, mainly for the excellent service and fantastic facilities."

"I really like this hotel. Very clean, the bed is comfy, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a walking distance to the beach and there’s 7 eleven next to the hotel. Free shuttle to and from dmall. I will surely take here again."

"I have been to some 5 star hotel and here are some of cons that I found from this hotel which starts from when I asked at the front desk to have no MUR for the whole stay and just leave the toiletries at the front desk and I will just drop by to get it from there. While on a DND sign, the housekeeping knocked on my door bringing the amenities and toiletries which rushed me from washing my face to get the toiletries. The second one is the harsh drop of phone call from front desk. My ears hurts bad from the drop of telephone of front desk while I was to the end of my sentence. Please let the guest drop the call first. Although, smooth check-in and very well appreciated preparation for birthday celebrant. Got my room upgraded as I want a bathtub. Everything was great upon check-in. If you want good options for breakfast you need to eat early and also I don’t have that much of option since I have food allergies."

"This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight🫩 but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️"

"For me one of the best hotels at Station2. Just a walk from the beach, beautiful pool with small garden and fountain… Rooms are spacious and clean but it can get noisy at morning when housekeeping starts cleaning 2nd floor. Sadly the amenities disappeared 😢, just 1 small shampoo, soap and 2 toothbrushes. 4 towels fresh every day as well as coffee, tea,… The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful… I requested an extra pillow and got it after 3min together with a big smile from the staff :)"
