"Room is clean ..There is no hot water and bidet is not working properly and shower is also not working ..AC is better .Overall, it is ok clean and comfortable..Location is also good and parking is good with nice friendly and respectful staffs in the Lobby and Parking area.. Definitely, Hotel Sogo is so clean and so good and the most budget friendly hotel."

"We had a great stay. My parents especially enjoyed the free activities provided, it added a nice touch to their experience. The staff were quick to respond and consistently helpful, which made our stay smoother and more comfortable. Although there are quite a lot of stairs, it’s worth noting that there’s an escalator available for seniors and persons with disabilities, which is a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, though most of the plates and mugs were made of hard plastic. If you’re mindful about using plastics in the microwave, I’d recommend bringing your own glassware. Cleanliness could use some improvement. I had to message them about it since my parents are quite particular and while they responded, there were still concerns..two of the beds had oil stains and I wasn’t sure if the linens had been replaced. It would’ve also been better if the glass near the pool and the sliding doors had been vacuumed and cleaned more thoroughly. Despite these minor issues, I truly appreciated the overall experience and would definitely recommend   to my friends. I just hope they continue to maintain and enhance their cleanliness standards moving forward."

"This is our second time checking in at Microtel, and I can only say that their staff are kind, especially those at the front desk. They're very welcoming and always smiling, which gives off a good vibe. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was beautiful and spacious, and our stay was pleasant, even though we only checked in for one night. Their food is delicious; we wouldn't hesitate to return here, even though the location isn't exactly peaceful because it's near the road. However, once you're inside the hotel room, it's not that noisy. They also have ample parking space. But overall, we had a good experience."

"The location is very accessible and near to McDonald's too.👍 The room is clean and the room ac is nice! 👍🥶 I gave their service a 4/5 because I did an advance booking and yet let me wait for the room to be prepared. 😐So I hope next time they prioritize the one's who has an advance bookings/online bookings. 🥺🙃 And I can hear the staff outside the corridors as early as 6:30am, hope they are more considerate for guest who are still sleeping. 🤐🤫😴 But overall I had a great stay here at Sogo Gen Tri 🫡👍👌"

"Celebrated my pre bday celebration with my sisters and my child, and despite the stormy weather plus feeling under the weather, we had memorable experience. Loved how smooth the check in and check out process was. The only downside was there are only two elevators in the building, and during that time, one of the elevator wasn't working. Nevertheless, it didn't affect our entire stay. The location was also nearby for food deliveries."

"We had a great stay at the hotel. Hindi namin inexpect that inside, the interior was really good. The staff are approachable naman and nice but sadly, when I requested sa reception for the shower heater to be checked, the operator said, he'll come pero walang pumunta sa room namin to check and address our concern. The food was okay, masarap din. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I just hope sa shower magawan nila ng paraan kaso baka dahil malamig lng tlaga during that time kasi december. "If balak nyo gumala sa tagaytay at naghahanap ng mura pero maganda at madaling puntahan na staycation, ok dito sa SMDC WIND RESIDENCES. Along the highway lang at madaming dumadaan na Jeep, Bus at Tric na pwede mo sakyan if byahe ka. Madaming kainan at Coffee Shop sa tapat, malapit sa Sky Ranch na pwedeng lakarin. If need mo mag grocery merong malapit na SM Hypermarket at Robinson Supermarket. Malinis yung room, merong lutuan gaya ng rice cooker, microwave at electric kettle, meron na din baso, plato, kutsara at tinidor. Meron din TV at aircon. Wala lang Wifi yung Room na nakuha ko pero ok lang dahil malakas naman ang mobile signal. Yung Chairs nga lang medyo mauga na, sira din yung ilang drawer, walang sabitan ng damit at towel sa banyo. Hindi rin masyado nakagala noong time na yun dahil umuulan pero goods parin yung stay namin. Over all worth it yung Stay namin. Sulit din yung discounted booking dito sa Tip.com app 😍"
