Come here to see customers, the hotel is a bit dumbfounded for the first time, the picture is tall, the actual is not so good-looking, even the elevator is not, even the locals of the customer feel incredible. And the surrounding consumption levels are very low, and the dining in the hotel is the same. However, the hotel is located in a villa area with security at the door and the hotel staff is very good. The room we stayed in was not good for an extra bed. Nearly 500 nights, 1.8 meters bed. The other room is smaller, it is suitable for one person only, the space is not big, the bathroom is still new, there is no smell, and any hotel in this city can see Mayon volcano, because that is the highest point. The hotel is very close to the airport, a few minutes, the breakfast is small, it should be related to the region, the city is different from Manila, including diet, the options are not big, the dishes are mainly pork and chicken. There is no place around the hotel that is taller than the hotel itself. The city is going to be developed. The beverage boxes in the 7&11 store next to it are all gray, and some are coming to the shelf life. Pay attention when you buy it.
Took a 2 day break to see Mayon Volcano and booked a 2 night stay here. It is right smack in the middle of Legazpi Ciry. The rooms- clean, comfortable beds, nice pillows, clean sheets, basic bathroom amenities, hot and cold shower with very good water pressure, bidet, fluffy towels and there's also hand towels. Complimentary coffee and water. We stayed in a room away from the street so it's pretty quiet too. The staff- young, friendly and helpful. They can use a little more knowledge on the things to do around legazpi and albay province. Breakfast- the room came with a free buffet breakfast. The selection is what you can expect from this price point, mostly local food like dried fish, smoked fish and vegetables. Coffee is freshly brewed with choices of breads and cereals. Overall, we like this place and would recommend it based on our personal experience.
The hotel is in a good location, just next to SM, walk for a few minutes, go to other shopping malls, there are other shopping malls in the Pacific Ocean, and they are very close. It's a walk away. The tutu is 80 pesos, and the security guard at the door calls 150 pesos.
The general environment of the hotel is just for the transition. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport. You can make an appointment in advance and it will be 10 minutes away. Several pharmacies nearby are very convenient to buy masks and disinfectants. There are few Chinese here and no one grabs them.
There are many meals in SM, so it is easy to eat there on foot. Breakfast in the hotel, one day buffet, one day set meals, nothing to eat, very simple.
On the whole, the service is good, there are many younger brothers, they are all mature, and they feel safe.
Very Good

This is a very pleasant affordable hotel in a good neighborhood for local shopping. I was able to hire taxi guides to take me around as a single older woman - an escort to make me feel more safe especially when I first arrived from the US. Comfortable and clean. My best suggestion is to put morning yogurt on ice. Rohit, the manager is very welcoming and helpful with good connections and English. It is a good middle path between a hostel and a $150-$200 hotel- a little quirky but very nice. Staff was eager to help and friendly.
my stay comes with a free shuttle from and to the airport. aside from the free breakfast, a welcome service bottled water awaits me inside the room. no coffee/tea, though. but when i asked for hot water in a cup, they delivered it to my room after 20 minutes. the mattress with the linens was comfy enough to make my shut-eye unremarkable overnight. too bad the TV is not wifi ready to be hooked to netflix. bathroom amenities are present, except for a shower cap. we conducted a training seminar here for our stakeholders and the prepared meals were in excess of the actual participants present. we just asked for the leftover food to be packed for take-out. i was the last person who requested to take home the four small remaining chicken pieces. upon reaching home, lo and behold, there were only two pieces when i opened my box. hmmm....
Excellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.
I don't know if it's the off-season, but I feel the service is not very good. The normal check-in time is 14:00, but I checked in early because of my flight. Although the hotel let us check in, they didn't tell us that there would be an extra charge until we checked out. They charged an extra 600 pesos. And the room was not cleaned every day.
We booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.
Stayed here for 3 nights while we toured Bicol. For the first night it appeared that housekeeping simply but the bed covers back on and placed new towels but did not. Really clean the room. Small roach in the sink spotted. The public areas, breakfast buffet are fine but the rooms need some fixing up or renovation. The shower head had an uneven spray pattern and at times mixed by itself between hot and cold. Massage services are good, done in your room, schedule at front reception. Friday evenings have a buffet and dancing. Can take a tricycle to the SM mall a short distance away.

Excellent
GGuest UserMarison Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. With its prime location, comfortable accommodations, excellent amenities, delightful dining, and exceptional service, it is the perfect choice for travelers seeking an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Marison Hotel to anyone!
MMooseong LimI was worried that it would be noisy because it's on the main road, but it's relatively quiet, and there's a mart downstairs, so it's convenient to buy necessities, and jeepneys go often, so transportation is good, the price is good, and the staff are very friendly, so I recommend it.
GGeorge KThe day of my arrival, the hotel staff texted me asking my arrival time. I told them the scheduled time of my flight's arrival. Response was ”ok”. What they didn't tell me is that the front desk closes at the end of the business day. So, I arrived by taxi about 8 pm. The driver pointed me to a dimly lit stairway...it's the gray tiled stairway behind the double glass doors next to the massage spa. There are NO SIGNS out front saying that there is a hotel in the building. There is no sign on the door saying that this is the door to the hotel. There is no sign saying that the hotel starts on the second floor (where the front desk is closed and dark.) So I texted the number that contacted me earlier and about five minute later someone showed up with my key for my room (#5) on the third floor. (There is no elevator. No bellman to carry your luggage.) My room had no windows. Not even a tiny one in the bathroom. No telephone, which makes sense because the front office is closed more often than not. Vent fan was noisy. Aircon worked very well, though, which was nice. TV cable was fuzzy, but watchable. There is a refridgerator that doesn't get very cold. Internet was adequate, but would not win any races. They provde a dispenser in the shower with three choices, two of which were empty, but there appeared to be a few drips of shampoo available (I alwasy travel with my own bar of soap for just places like this who can be bothered to check that their rooms are stocked before they rent them.) Shower was marginal...low pressure and the shower head was too big for the low pressure. They did have a hand-held spray nozzle for the toilet, which is always nice. I stayed 4 nights, three of which were quite peaceful. No windows means no traffic noise although the hotel is not on a high traffic street anyway. I think there were no other guests in the two other rooms on my floor until my last night when folks moved next door and loudly opened and closed their door every ten or fifteen minutes (probably a smoker going out.) No phone to call closed office to ask them to be aware that they are not the center of the universe. I was ready to use this hotel on my next visit until the noisy last night. Time to look for someplace else. One very nice thing....the hotel is just adjacent to the Metro Mall, also called the Pacific Mall, also called Gaisano Mall (and it actually has another name, too, but I didn't quite catch that one.)
AAnonymous UserLocation:its in a local compound which is not in the center of Legazpi City, you need to take a 10min tricycle to get to the SM mall. There isn’t any restaurant near by. Better to rent a scooter if stayed here. It will be much convenient.
Room: We stayed in room#2. Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as we expected. Bedsheet was stink. Even the landlord gave a new one. AC and hot water work well. They have their own generators. You don’t need to worry about the power off. WIFI was stable as well.
Service: Since it’s an AirBnb, we couldn’t expect to much on service. But make sure to let the landlord knows your check in check out time. The E-locker doesn’t work as well as a physical key.
Well, to be honest, on the terrace, or to be more specific, on the balcony of the 4th floor, you can’t really see view of Mt. Mayon which showed in the hotel profile picture.
FFulgencio PolThe place is very close to the mall and food park, as a traveller local and street food might think twice for cleanliness and water sensitivity, the place is not too bad few bad and good, water will disappear in n o time so better ask the front desk to put the water on. Not as cleaned as 3 star but can be done for 1 night,No elevator service if you have a large luggage and bad knee this place is not for you. Mall are nearby 5-7 mins walk.
业业子There is parking and breakfast is ok. Be sure to take a double room above the second floor, as you can see the volcano. And the smaller the room number, the better the view. No single room can see the volcano on the back. There is a platform on the second floor to see the volcano, and an infinity pool to take beautiful photos
CCJ JoaquinSobrang sikip ng room halos dika na makaikot sa CR. But for the price and location its the best. Nagrent kami ng motor from airport and 25-30mins itong property. Sobrang lapit ng apartment na to sa Diversion Road where you can see the full Mayon at sobrang ganda ng hapon. Recommended sa mga nagtitipid kasi lagi nman nasa labas.
FFULGENCIO OBADOthe hotel is very basic, no cabinet, the water in the sink is very slow, had a hot water. Its kind of old and no proper meantinance, no elevator so if you had a problem climbing the stairs this is not for you. the bed is good, the sheet are already warring out the color white is now getting dark. tv reception is bad, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.
LLopezThe place is very convenient for exploring both Legazpi City and Mount Mayon, as it is in the middle point between both. The bed is very comfortable. The room is also quiet enough and clean. The girls in charge are very nice too.
