DDonato_D_ExplorerAt the lobby/reception- we were welcomed from the point we took our luggage out of the cab. Thanks to the man, security personnel who helped us. Checking in was very smooth and all details were well explained by the receptionist. Requested a room with HI-SPEED internet and yes, we were placed in a very cozy room. Room- perfect and amazing; with complete utilities. Clean and with a very comfy ambiance. Breakfast- this is a 4 star breakfast. And, thank you to Amor and Precious for being so accomodating. I was offered with coffee even if the breakfast was over. They offered me to clean the room which I politely declined because I am doing some important stuff. Still, they offered to change my pair of towels and additional utilities for the day. Great service ! Sure will be back here!

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good. Less than 5 minutes walk from Gaisano Mall. Easy to check in. Room is okay that is enough for 2-3 days sleep. Price is good. They have towel,soap and shampoo. Also have TV and fridge. You can ask for a hairdryer if you want. They have water dispenser on the hallways which is very good! It would be nice if they have cups for coffee.

GGuest UserOur biggest concern was our safety and the Hotel is really a secure location with gated entrance. Really enjoyed the pool and the service form the restaurant while at the pool. Restaurant provided a daily breakfast buffet that was very good. Was able to take all our meals at tables by the pool which was great. Room was most comfortable with balcony overlooking the pool. Hospitality was over the top from housekeeping to front desk to restaurant. The Hotel is small enough for the staff to get to know you. We stayed 6 nights. Front desk staff made all our arrangements for taxi and trip to airport. Total is located outside of downtown Ca***an with reasonable acres to downtown by taxi. Recommend using the Grab app for taxi when at different location. Will stay here again.

CClenton AllisonStaff was great they arrange wash my clothes for 200 fpf and repair hole in my pants. Toilet had toilet seat I wash my body on that seat. They have cold to hot water shower wand with 4 settings for temp.
Room small but great for the price. Aircon was cold if you wanted that. TV and power switch. The street noise is loud but I sleeped ok. No elevator just stairs. Del Monte pineapple factory across the street but was quiet to me.
Jollibee is 10 fpf jeepee and Chow King is before Jollibee under overpass that street to mall. About hour and half drive time by taxi. But you can take busses to Davon and other places

AAlex 13friendly staff, good location. I didn't find any plates and glass and a kettle in the room, but the room was clean. There were cockroaches twice, but I destroyed them😇 There is air conditioning and hot water, but sometimes it's noisy outside the window. For this price, the hotel is great. Wi fi also was ok.

GGuest UserYou need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because trip does not mention/include what room number you were staying and it’s beyond my expectations. when we arrived it’s almost 11pm due to delayed flights and the Guard doesn’t let us in because we don’t have the room number and owners name of the unit,I wasn’t expecting that because I thought there were front desk that accommodate us when we arrived there and only show our booking information and that’s all,but it’s totally different. And so, that’s the time we call the owner of the unit letting them know we are there lol but considering the time we checked in I think she’s nice and considerate, and again I thought it’s free parking because that’s what trip says haha but it’s not,because the owner ask charges for parking fees and so we paying it again, but what I like about this place is that they have kitchen utilities, so it’s really great if you plan of buying and cooking food for yourself/families upon staying there for couple of days and to add up,there are also extra beds and blankets too,and over all it’s a nice place.

DDagusMy friends and I chose this location for a friend's bridal shower. The room is quite big and the wall paint is so clean! However, this hotel lack of basic supplies such as shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, and clothes hanger. It's sad to know too that water will stuck on the floor when you go on shower. Anyhow, I love the location of this hotel. It is convenient and accessible.

GGuest UserI paid for a double room but when I arrived I was told that the information on the website is not correct and that I needed to pay extra for it. I told the manager that I should get a double room as advertised on the website. She told me that I should call the red door owner and I said that the price for the double room should be honored as advertised. The manager reluctantly agreed to my request but in the end made it right.
