"We stayed here with our friends. We used the pool to hang out which is fun but a heads up, their pool is 5ft and above. There is a kiddie pool but It would be nice if the adult pool starts at least 4ft. Considering Filipinos average height isn’t above 5ft 🙂"

"During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation."

"Upon arrival in the hotel we were warmly greeted and helped by the staff of the hotel, they very friendly and accommodating. Serrvice is utmoat excellence the only problem is that the rooms needs to be updated, it needs to be cleaned, restroom needs to be maintained. When we reached our rooms there are no towels and when it was delivered it is like beige already because it is too old. The food served is also decent, this hotel is nearby a good place with lots of reataurants out side. I hope they can update the hotel soon. They have such a good spot and it just needed to be renovated. By the way we saw a cockroach in the room also but again the staff helped asap. I will still consider my stay here very good because the people are really nice. And anyway the bed is not dusty. So all good."

"They initially sent us to a room smaller and cheaper than what I booked however, they did upgrade the room once I clarified the accommodation we were expecting. The hotel manager was very courteous and had several staff attend to us while we transferred to another room."
