"My spouse and I went to the place. The location is beautiful, but I was a bit disappointed with the service from the staff. They were very strict with the check-in time (4pm) I even asked them if they could accommodate us 15 minutes early since we arrived way too early and been waiting around after a long journey from manila.They provided coffee sachets as usual , but they forgot to provide stirrers, so I had to go back to the reception as I can't make a call because there was no phone service in the room. The shower didn’t have hot water, and only half the water was coming out, making it uncomfortable to take a proper shower. Apart from that, everything was okay & still believe that there are still lots of things to improve especially in customer service 😀 will definitely recommend & will come back soon."

I liked the rooms we stayed in. They were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were polite and obliging. The room is big for 2pax. the resort is good for family outings/bonding Will visit again."

"I would recommend this family rin hotel, it is a very nice stay, staff are relax and very friendly . I actually enjoyed chatting with the staff. The room is nice and cozy and the swimming is very clean and so relaxing. Would definitely come back again. The bar and restaurant is very nice too. Very classy. The gym is equip with lots of gym accessories. Very nice stay and price is good too"

"The premise is clean and secured with CCTVs They also have ready eating utensils. (Mugs, glass, plate, spoon and fork) A standard room is worth the price. With smart TV, connected to the floor's wifi. Rest rooms are cleaned which also comes with bidet and hot shower."

"The staff is not accommodating. I stayed for 5 nights but they don’t usually give you the best service. No replenishment for guest kit. The front desk has no staff most of the time. They keep you waiting."
