"The entertainment in the resort has a lot to offer, while the place is isolated that’s why you really need to have a car when checking in this hotel. I would rate my stay of 8/10. Staff are accommodating. We came early before our check in. So supposedly 2 pm we’re already checked in but the rooms took so long to be prepared till we checked in at already 3 pm already, it’s probably because of the guests before us checked out late. But yeah, we had a nice stay and my family liked the place. The food that they are selling are delicious as well, I’ll rate it 8/10"

"The kid's play area was under maintenance when we visited, yet it it one of the reasons why i have booked this place.
Kitchen staff were not very helpful specifically when we were ordering fod while waiting to check in.
Receptions were very helpful and friendly"

"The location is accessible, parking area is safe, cleanliness of the room is good but there was a foul smell in the comfort room. They should also include toiletries and available menu for guest. The staff are friendly except the guy maybe a maintenance or a janitor, we are in the sea around 7am but he threw a red liquid in the sea, maybe it's a chemical or a gasoline so we don't have choice, we have to go up. Thank you!"

"The room house itself is aesthetic. The room is spacious and clean. The owner is very accomodating. Even though she's busy, she finds time to answer my questions and our queries. My mother asks her if she can decorate the dining area for my birthday and I loved it. The only downside was that there's no hot shower."

"I hope our stay is ok but it's just a hassle because the other amenities listed on trip.com are not in the actual one like an electric kettle since we have an infant who cries every time we need to heat water and there is no e-kettle so we still need to go to the reception to ask for a hot water. We were charged for complementary bottled water because trip.com included it as indicated but in actuality we paid.. we told the receptionist but still he is not the owner so no choice..."

"I have stayed previously hereon a few occasions, finding it convenient. It is in a good location close to restaurants and bars money changer.
I believe it's good value for money despite limited amenities.
Staff are friendly.
Direct access to Sparrows Cafe is good where locals & foreigners eat."
