"Booked a room with one double bed, but at check in given a long narrow room with three single beds along the walls and little space between, at the reception my claims were dismissed quite indifferently.
All the rest about the hotel was OK and even good: central location with comfortable walking distance to the main transport facilities, very tasty sumptious breakfast with friendly staff, good internet and cosy inner courtyard."
"It's far from the central station, but it's within walking distance if you remember the way. The tram is for people who are familiar with it. The route was so simple that it even felt faster to walk.
If you have a lot of luggage, it's safer to use a car dispatch service.
When checking in, you'll probably have to follow local instructions. When I did, I told the staff at the hotel counter in the building opposite that I wanted to check in, and they showed me to my room and taught me how to use the key."
Preis Leistung stimmt hier."
"The location is decent; being in the city center makes it very convenient for getting anywhere. However, the facilities are a bit dated. We were given a corner room which felt quite cramped, with two single beds arranged in an L-shape. The room also felt a bit damp and dark."
"The square pillows weren't to my liking, but everything else was great. The location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat."
"Hotel is a little out the way of the main square, but a short taxi ride away. Lidl supermarket round the corner, hotel itself was in super clean condition, WiFi included, stsff very polite, I'd definitely stay here again for sure!"
"I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Poland! The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning—plenty of fresh and local options. The location was perfect for exploring the city, close to public transport and major attractions. The hotel also had a relaxing spa area, which was a lovely bonus after long days of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon!"
"It is a basic hotel with very simple amenities . Just next to train station and easy access to all train platforms even without going to the main hall . The hotel shower was broken, really very small , even hard to turn inside at the shower place , but the worst are the pillows . Hard to understand from where they bought that and think anyone would enjoy it. If you have a morning train maybe is suitable to stay (at they mention it is a budget hotel ). The front desk is helpful and friendly ."
"The hotel is situated next to a large, beautiful park and is just two tram stops from Krakow. A bus stop is conveniently located a mere two-minute walk from the entrance, making transportation very easy. There are several other hotels in the vicinity, and a small supermarket is also nearby. I particularly enjoyed the room's interior color scheme, and the bathroom was impeccably clean."
"Let's start with address; difficult to find even people living there could not find it easily. The entrance is disguised by some lady selling various objects.(see photo)
You have to be mind reader to find your room and bed as receptionist doesn't move her ass to show, instead mentions the wrong door with a punch code(it is obvious that it happened before as the code is still on the punch pad). The correct pad is actually on the handle of the next door that you need magnifier to find it ,if it is your first time. Then writes down 1/1/1/ which is supposed to be 1st door,1st bed and 1st locker.
Skip this hostel if you are light and early sleeper as the tram line passes next door and it turns is quite curvy so the nise is quite annoying and happenes periodically. There is also noise from wooden floor and bed brames each time you move, Basically you have tiptoe to in order to make less noise. However, the major drawback is the bathroom cailities rather the lack of it only one bathroom for so many guests. I had to wait more than one hour and eventually gave up.
On the plus side, it has great location only few minutes to the old town centre. It also is quite clean.
For the price you pay which is about half the average hotel, next time I would definitely stay in a hotel. It is your choice."

Amazing
安安娜堡的ojibsanThe location is very good, turn a corner into the square center. Turning in the other direction to the Tram station is very convenient. But called Taxi, the car can't come in and must go to the Tram station to take a ride. The equipment of the house is very good and the room is bright. Although the restaurant and bar are downstairs, it does not affect sleep at night. I didn't use the hotel's cooperation restaurant for breakfast. I didn't see the previous evaluation. Because the cafe is downstairs, brunch is provided, which is very convenient. The elevator is very satisfied, don't worry about the old house climbing stairs.
GGine GuyThank you for such a lovely and comfy stay with the outstanding service from the receptionists to the maids, the chefs, the staff, and the mechanic. All my needs and wants fully served perfectly. See you my second home in Krakow❤️❤️❤️
GGuest UserExcellent location, comfortable hotel, beautiful room
Unfortunately, room 105 is not quiet because the air conditioner is too noisy and to complete the noise of the tram rails located in a short distance continued to feel, Until midnight, and then it took over around six, and even though you weren't very much in the room during the day, the evening and early morning it became intolerable, sometimes it was also trembling the room.
Excellent breakfast with little sweet for us Italians
By changing the room I would advise him lively
NNam.KIt seems to be a hotel that renovated an old but charming building. The courtyard was filled with indoor plants, and the staff were very friendly. When I returned to the hotel the next day, the door was closed, but when I rang the intercom, they came out to open the door. Coffee, water, and carbonated water are provided free of charge in the room. The shampoo and body soap in the bathroom are the same, and there is no treatment. It was a little disappointing that there was a lot of dust on the floor, but even with that negative point in mind, it was a very satisfying hotel.
一一條咸魚This youth hostel is in good overall performance, cost-effective, reasonable price, very suitable for backpackers. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the castle attractions, and there is a bus stop directly downstairs to the salt mine, which is very convenient. The accommodation was in good sanitation and the bathroom was clean and tidy, although located outside the room, and comfortable to use. The breakfast was satisfactory, with hot tea, coffee and milk, providing a good start to the day. However, the fly in the ointment is that there is no water dispenser in the Youth Hostel, and you need to go to the convenience store downstairs to buy bottled water. The only unpleasant experience was that when I first arrived, the counter staff asked me to pay, but in fact, I had already completed the payment on the booking platform and took time to explain and verify. Overall, it is still a worthy choice of accommodation.
SsallyThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.
AAndrea MalatestiExcellent new hotel. The location is convenient because it is very close to the center and in front of the bus and tram stop. The structure is new and very efficient. Rooms are a bit small but there is everything you need. The only negative note is that the curtains do not close perfectly so if you get a room with a street view in the morning the light comes in (I was there in May and at 7 I was woken up by the light). Excellent windows that isolate all noise. Excellent breakfast as in all B&B hotels
DdelThe location was Amazing , I can see the central square from my room . Really few steps no from everything. Well equipped room , with kettle , mug , soluble coffe and tea . I love this kind of stuff in the room . The bathroom, the shower was clean and new . The receptionist nice . The breakfast is weel filled ..you can chose between salty and sweet stuff .
You can find everything you need there . ☺️ Widly suggested
GGuest UserCheck in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.
GGuest UserHotel is pretty decent for the price.
In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.
