"I had the pleasure of staying one night at Dar Sitti Aziza, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Nabil, whose hospitality instantly made me feel like family. The attention to detail in preserving the heritage of the home is extraordinary — you can feel the soul of the place in every stone, arch, and antique piece. My room was cozy, beautifully restored, and thoughtfully designed with traditional touches. It struck a perfect balance between historic charm and modern comfort. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the Church of the Nativity and Manger Square, making it easy to explore Bethlehem's old city on foot. The real highlight for me was the breakfast. It wasn’t just a meal — it was an experience. Homemade, fresh, and deeply rooted in Palestinian flavors, it was served with such care that it felt like I was dining in someone's family kitchen. What made it even more special was that Nabil took photos of us during breakfast — a lovely gesture to help us remember the moment. It was such a warm, thoughtful touch that truly made our morning memorable. And just when I thought the experience couldn’t get any better, Nabil surprised us with a small gift at checkout — a token of appreciation that perfectly captured the spirit of generosity and hospitality that defines Dar Sitti Aziza. Even though I was only there for one night, it felt like so much more. I left with a full heart, new memories, and a deep appreciation for the history and warmth that this place represents. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic, intimate, and meaningful stay in Bethlehem."

"* If you are a traveller looking to explore Bethlehem, this is not the hotel for you! Apart from that, it was great. The area was busy so you won't be bored. Lots of dining and shops. Hotel is aged, but its very comfortable, clean, safe and spacious. The staff were fantastic and there was parking. The GPS settings on this map are incorrect, so be aware if you are self driving. Call the hotel, they will happily give you easy directions."
