didn't like: 1) bathroom sharing was not clearly stated in the listing , nor the reservation. 2) the gents bathroom was too small 3) the ceiling above washbasin in gents bathroom was too low. 4) room door did not close and thus had to be locked every time

I recently stayed at a hotel and had a great experience, giving it a 4-star rating. The service was very friendly; the front desk staff welcomed me warmly, making me feel at home. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing in the rooms, but overall, my stay was very enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it!

Very close to the airport, a taxi to the hotel costs about 20 euros, but the hotel has a special car to the airport, the cost is only 5 euros, the transfer time is too long, it is suitable to stay here for one night

Lovely and close to the airport, a late check-in, staff were delightful, she even came to my room to help me with the wndow, the handle was broken so it would not close properly. Toilet, seat was loose... Nice room, but a bit of road noise with open window. Breakfast was great and at €9.50 very reasonable, good selection and even a fresh orange squeezing machine. If you have an early morning flight, seriously consider this place. No stress about 10am checkout 👍

The hotel is really close to the airport. Very clean and comfortable beds. There is a convenient supermarket just opposite to the hotel. The staff are excellent too. The only thing I didn’t like is the noises of the cars at night. As it’s on main road it was really noisy and kept me awake at night. If you are a light sleeper than try to avoid this hotel.

The hotel is good, the location is obvious, there are many parking places, and the service is also very good. I am very satisfied 👍

A good hotel to spend the night before a flight, there is parking. Clean, but rooms need renovation. For a longer stay, I would consider something more comfortable.

Very clean hotel Location is good if you want to be close to the airport, easy to find walking distance from airport only 5 mins away from T1 Front desk staff are super polite and helpful felt very welcoming

This hotel is perfect for anyone who has to stay in Lisbon overnight. It is right outside the airport and they provide shuttle service to the airport every 15 minutes. The room was very comfortable and breakfast had a good variety of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is the second time I stay at this hotel and would still go back there any time when in transit in Lisbon.

Front desk will call to taxi if taxied are not waiting in front of the hotel. To Lisbon airport from the hotel for about 10mins the cost around €6. The taxi was not able to use card, need to ready for payment by cash.
