"A great base for catching early flight out of Porto, rooms clean and large functional for travellers with overnights rather than long stays. A couple of things that could really improve the customer experience is a separation of smoking and non-smoking rooms as we stayed on the first floor and coming out of the lift was like walking into an ashtray and fog of smoke coming from smoking rooms located on the same floor as non-smoking. The smoke got so bad i had to place a towel over the bottom of our room door to stop the vapours leaking in to our room. I am not sure whether this hotel offers non-smoking floors and we might have been unlucky and been allocated a smoking room, but the room had a smoke alarm in the ceiling so suspect its a mixture of smoking and non-smoking same floor. The next observation was the breakfast was very basic, adequate but basic, self service. I would stay again based on it location to the airport and easy to get to from central Porto."

"The hotel very close to the airport.. a good choice for anyone who had an early flight to catch on.. hotel also provide a shuttle to the airport and they had the schedule. U have to choose the time that they provided..it cost €2 per person during my time..u also can take aeroporto train to the city. So far i had a nice stay here!"

"Very good, a few minutes walk from Porto Airport. The front desk was very welcoming, recommended the restaurant at night to me, and also helped me print the boarding pass. The room is hygienic and air-conditioned."

"Easy to clean and comfortable. There is a locker to store luggage, but because the locker door was unlocked and the luggage was put in, I followed the instructions on the back of the proximity card but it couldn't be locked. I don't know if it was an operating error or other reasons, so I went to have a meal without locking it and came back."

"The location of the hotel is very good, it is convenient to go everywhere, the hotel staff are also very good, the breakfast is also OK, very nutritious, we went to the customer's factory, the front desk was very enthusiastic, called a taxi for me, stored my things in the hotel, and the car to the airport is always free"

"The Hotel is below average and does not withstand the given rate. Shower is good. Double bed is not real, 2 singles put together with a very bad quality pillow. Breakfast was very bad and the crew behind it look and act as if there where in a 36hs shift. They also take a safe deposit of 150 euros in case you break something… Im a 43 year old guy married with no kids…"

"This hotel is located very closed to highway so it was a bit noisy when I was sleeping. The size of the room is too small and the light in the shower is damaged and off so I have to take shower at dark. The bed is too low and not comfortable and I don’t feel the floor is clean enough to walk with my bare foot. The hotel is also difficult to find and I have to walk more than 15minutes to get to the hotel. It wasn’t a pleasant stay with this hotel and next time I will not book an airport hotel."

"Although the reception staff was impeccable in exchanging a room with a bathtub, as requested at the time of booking, it only had small towels - the large bath towels were missing. Bathtub faucet leaking heavily, with water spraying everywhere. At 9am, construction work was underway in a hotel room on the same floor, and it seemed like they were in the same room, such was the noise. One observation: the receptionist wanted to know how it went, so I mentioned what had happened, and in response I received: ”It will be better next time...!”"
