Dining at Sraidan is always an exceptional experience! The ambience is great and the food is absolutely delightful. The place is great to relax and unwind, with comfortable seating. A special mention to Ms. Sani Dobe, whose warm and attentive service truly is remarkable. She makes excellent recommendations, is very prompt, attentive and serves with a good vibe which always makes our dining experience worth remembering. Highly recommend Sraidan for the food and the service.

We had a staycation in the resort for couple of days and had a great time. Room was nice, service and food was great as well. The resort has something to offer for everyone, from activities to food varieties. Special mention about Ms Rabiya & Ms Tina who took care of our 6 year old son. They are the true lifesavers for any family visiting with young kids! They engaged him with ⚽️, face painting, movie show and other activities for kids and we were able to relax well. For sure every parent who were here will share similar experience. In fact our son wanted to extend the stay to be with them! 😄 Thank you Ms Rabiya & Ms Tina. We will definitely return another time.
A beautiful, unique place that gives a intimate place, a beachfront location, a professional staff, a collaborative, understanding staff, thanks to them for promoting the state of the mother, God saved. Only if they have a lavatory chair to bring in and out the swimming pool, it's going to be a favorite destination for the high-end, and for the elderly and the retirees who have a greater value, and their children love to live in a place like it reminds them of the beautiful past.
And so if they had more Saudi channels, especially the Koran from Mecca directly, and the year from the city directly, that would have a good Rouhani impact that would match the atmosphere of the historic place and the sounds of the ears that were heard clearly around it.
Based on prices, it’s best on Doha. Also nearby public transport available. Only 10-15 QR to reached on Airport by Uber. and 2 QR by and and Metro.
As it is a hostel, don’t ask for to many things but if you stay you may like this place.
Also they have kitchen, if you want's to cook you can. Also you can bring your own food and enjoy it here!
Overall, it’s best for a backpacker and budget traveller who want's to travel on Doha and stay here for few day's. Chill!!
I had an 8 hour layover in Doha. I had booked the room in advance so I knew I would have it available when I arrived. For an airside hotel in particular, the Oryx is very comfortable and does exactly what most connecting travelers will need it to do. The room can be made completely dark. The bed is comfortable. The shower is a luxury huge rain shower with a full complement of toiletries. The TV displays the current flight board so you can see the status and gate for your flight any time you want. It was centrally located and should be convenient to any connection. Things that could be improved: Signage. There are no signs for this hotel in the terminal and the entrance is obscured. I had to ask for directions from a retail employee at one of the shops. Minibar: There is bottled water in the room but no mini-bar. A mini bar would be very useful for connecting travelers who just need a beverage and a snack and want to maximize sleep time without having to shop for food in the terminal or wait for room service.
A really good option of hotel near to the airport, 15 minutes by taxi. A 5-star comfortable and modern hotel. I liked the room, the bathroom is enormous and the bed very cozy. All that you need is in your hand! That’s perfect! The service room is 24hrs and was very good, fast the way that we were expecting. And the food, delicious. Was needed and worth! Speaking about food, the breakfast is very good as well, plenty of options. All the staff are really kind, enjoyable people and always ready to help.
It’s nice to say that you can find a subway station near to the hotel, it’s a good option for you to move in the city.
I spent just one night but I hope to be back soon!
I’ve checked in the hotel for monthly booking it was room 408and I started to get a severe allergy with time I discovered that they were giving people used towels or barely even washed. The staff are very bad except for the two ladies that works in the reception the housekeeping services are not provided and sometimes they don’t even check for more than 10 days. Even if they clean they don’t clear properly, and by 2 am they clean the floor beside the rooms while people sleeping. Connecting doors with no sound isolation and you can hear everything. No professionalism and you feel like you’re staying in the streets. I don’t where’s the management but it’s totally miserable and unacceptable.
The positives: affordable compared to many other hotels, close to a metro station, a supermarket and the airport, rooms were decently sized and okay clean (apart from some bathroom mold). Staff was overall quite friendly. The negatives: it is a very dated hotel, giving a bit of a 90s vibe, and there are quite a few signs of wear and tear. The rooms smell of smoke, not extremely so but enough to be noticeable. And you will hear yours neighbours’ wake-up alarms, strange noises from the plumbing, as well as the highway outside. But even worse than that, they have a nightclub and you will here the bass pumping in your room regardless which floor you are on. Sometimes the bed even vibrated a bit. I was offered another room in the smoking area because of this ( I declined), and the staff promised to speak to the night club and then get back to me (they didn’t) I would not quote Warwick and call this an “Upscale Hotel”, it does not even suffice if you want to get some sleep. This gets one star from a European/Nordic perspective, but as it was my first Qatari hotel I do not know how commonplace these things are there.
