Basically it was a fantastic experience. Everything was outstanding. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable.
The swimming pool was very nice and clean BUT there was no guard/keeper.

GGuest UserThis is a good hotel for business trips. The surrounding transportation is convenient and there is a shopping mall opposite. There is no traffic jam here if you don't go to the old town for business. The hotel is clean and tidy. The waiter's attitude is good and the breakfast is satisfactory. However, the hotel's ordered meals taste good.

GGuest UserVery good hotel, great location, clean facilities and housekeeping staff are friendly. However, their automated call system doesn't work (I was calling from UAE), I couldn't get in touch with anyone before arriving.
Swimming pool timings are NOT business friendly (from 9am-6pm). Toilet is not the most comfortable, as the shower doesn't have a closure (or a door) so water was all around after the shower. And the water flow from the sink is extremely slowl, I had to remove the nozzle to get a good flow.

Rremi1)Including me and other more than 20 peoples waited for more than 5 hours for check in process, even though I have confirmation of booking and prepaid. Hotel management team were not able to arrange room. Response from reception staff was “No more rooms available, don’t know about your booking confirmation“. One of them said they don’t have enough housekeeping staff for cleaning., even after room allocation we waited for 3 hours for cleaning up the room.Not responding to Telephones! Never expected from a 5 star Hotel.
2) complementary break fast was below average similar to 3 stars hotel and restaurant ambiance and dining furniture were just like dormitory!

He couldn't print out my receipt and asked for permission from his manager, which he received on the next day!!
Also they couldn't find my booking through trip.com.
