"The hotel is situated within the Movenpick complex. The grounds are incredibly vast, featuring multiple zones and amenities, perfect for leisurely walks and enjoying the scenery. Our room was spacious and fully equipped. There's also a swimming pool for guests to use. While the room itself was well soundproofed and quiet, loud music was unfortunately broadcast over the PA system quite early in the morning. We experienced two power outages during our stay, which was understandable as it was the rainy season. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, and the dining area boasted beautiful views and a pleasant atmosphere. For those who enjoy morning exercise, the resort grounds are ideal for jogging."

Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, hot water, and everything else were provided. "We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting. It was also our first glamping experience, and we even spotted an unusual bird's nest in the palm trees. Breakfast was also excellent. However, we stayed in two different room types, and in both, the shower water was unfortunately cold. I believe they should consider installing different shower units."

"The staff, food, and activities offered by the hotel were all excellent; I was quite impressed. However, the room was not very soundproof. Around 11 PM, the room next door started playing music and talking loudly, which I could hear throughout the hall. They were very inconsiderate, chatting from 11 PM until almost 3 AM. I suggest the hotel staff do some night patrols, especially since it's Christmas and there will be more guests. I even specifically chose a quiet room, yet this still happened. 😮💨"

It exceeded every expectation I had and was honestly even more beautiful than the photos online. The moment you enter Toscana Valley, the atmosphere completely transforms. It truly feels like stepping into a charming corner of Italy. The hotel’s ambiance is amazing, European-themed music gently playing in the morning, serene landscapes everywhere you look, and countless picturesque spots perfect for photos. Our room was stunning,  spacious, immaculately clean, and so thoughtfully and tastefully designed. Everything inside the room felt just right, from the décor to the comfort. I also have to highlight the shampoo provided because it was so good I actually bought some to take home with me! The breakfast buffet was wonderful, offering plenty of delicious choices. And across the property, there are multiple restaurants and cafés, so you’re never short of places to enjoy a meal. There is also plenty around the hotel: golfing, biking, scenic walks through beautiful views, feeding the fish, working out at the gym, and simply exploring the different areas of Toscana Valley. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for animal lovers. And now, the spa! Honestly, it was the single best spa experience I have ever had. For such a reasonable price, we were given an enormous, beautifully decorated room with a charming old-European theme. The amenities were perfect, and the massage itself was absolutely incredible. I celebrated my birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. My husband told me later that they literally ran around late at night trying to find white roses for my surprise even though none were available at the time. Somehow, they still managed to put together a huge, gorgeous bouquet. That level of effort and kindness genuinely touched me. The hotel also offers a very convenient free shuttle service connecting the three main areas within Toscana Valley, and they arrange it on request, which made getting around so easy. But what stood out the most was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. Their hospitality made a beautiful place feel even more special. I had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I am definitely coming back. Without a doubt. I loved this place so much."

"The accommodation is located on the main road, very convenient to travel. Anyone who comes to visit Khao Yai can come to stay here. It is not far from tourist attractions, near restaurants and food sources. The room is quite clean, the bed is comfortable, there is a water heater and a hair dryer. The breakfast is very delicious. The staff is very friendly. Anyone looking for a place to stay, I recommend this place."
