"Check in was efficient and room was extremely spacious. Aircon is efficient in cooling the room despite the room size, bed is on the harder side which is fine by me, water heater works fine. Water, thrash bag and toilet roll provided daily."

"The room was decent, but there was no complimentary bottled water. There was no washing machine either. I wasn't used to everything being an extra charge. There wasn't much difference between the 'Special Large' and 'Special Luxury' room types; the latter simply lacked a minibar and a multi-functional bedside control panel. What I found most puzzling was why they didn't provide slippers. I'm really not used to a hotel room without slippers."
