"Hotel have ample parking spaces, a self service laundromat next building. Friendly receptionist. Room is big and clean. Good water heater and water pressure. Aircon is quiet and cool. Smart TV in room. Comfortable bed, not too hard. Soft and cushy room slippers provided.
Can find eateries within walking distance. A short drive to night bazaar."
"Sad to see this once elegant hotel going in to decline, in need of better maintenance and refurbishment.
no hot water for shower and showerhead way past its sell by date. Inadequate toilet flush.
When I opened fridge door it dropped and I had to grab it. A poor repair had been done to the top hinge.
Came back from an early walk and sat in the lounge - no aircon..so had to go to my room.
Without investment and better management I guess its in a downward spiral now. Sad to see."
"Very good location in the city, near many tourist attractions, Suan Mangkon Sawan, near to worship 9 temples: 1. Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat 2) Wat Khae 3) Wat Saraphi 4) Wat Phra Loi 5) Wat No Phuttakan Kru 6) Wat Phra Non 7) Wat Phihan Daeng 8) Wat Sukkasem and 9) Wat Sawang Arom. In the alley of 9 temples, there are Nong Tan Kuay Chap restaurant, Somtam Jae Pao restaurant. The room is clean and up to standard, but the only downside is that the room is not very soundproof. When people walk or people outside the room talk, you can hear everything. The security guard is very cute. When I checked in, it was late, but he still waved for a car."
"Called the staff in the evening to inform that we will check in late. The staff did not prepare the room for us. The night shift staff did not know anything. When we arrived, there were only 5 rooms left. We booked a single bed, but there was only one room left. If we arrived later, we would have to sleep in a room with a double bed instead. The staff is very bad. We arrived late and wanted to go to bed quickly. There was almost no place to sleep. When we entered the room, the bathroom had a bathtub. The shower only had a little bit of water coming out. We had to put water in the tub and it was very difficult to shower. The power plug in the bathroom did not work. Plus, we found a big cockroach. The mattress was very hard. It was good that we booked through the app for a price of hundreds. If we had to pay a thousand, we would have felt even worse. Please ask the hotel to check the electrical appliances, bathroom equipment, and cleanliness more. And the female staff should care more about customers."
"The blanket is a little small. The bed is a little hard. But the room and price are well balanced, clean, cool air, there is an elevator, enough parking, good service, there is Ovaltine and coffee in the morning."
"Location is good in downtown and easily accessible. Rooms are clean, but a bit old and smelly. Aircon is ok, but noisy. Corridor is full of used cigarettes."
Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 65 guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include desks, and housekeeping is provided daily.
"The room is very spacious. It is close to Suphan Buri Bus Terminal. But the room is not soundproof. I heard the sound from other rooms quite clearly."
