I am very happy with this city hotel. Very clean apartments. Very good service. Very good location. HOUSEKEEPING LADIES which were looking after 203 apartment during our stay 13/09/23-20/09/23 are very thoughtful because they saw that we had no kettle in our room and they brought it to us without even being asked. We were very pleasantly surprised and happy. You can tell this way that they cared about us to make sure we are comfortable. It's rare to find this usually. We left tips for them when we left the hotel, I hope housekeeping ladies found it. Honestly, I cannot find a negative thing to say about this hotel. Very nice cafe downstairs, however, we had no chance to visit it because we were having take away food from other places and cooking ourselves. I definitely RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

A great hotel, super friendly employees everywhere, reception, breakfast room, general housekeeping who always smile and have good advice and are willing to help and go the extra mile Super wide breakfast selection with various warm dishes, cold cuts, all kind of cheese, cereals and of course many different salads, yoghurt and dried fruits - I could not think of anything missing Different coffees from Americano over Expresso to Latte and fruit juices Less than 2 minutes walk to the red tower and 5 minutes to the harbour. Seaview really perfect to see the “pirate” ships coming and going and also sunrise in the morning. As close to the harbour also close proximity to all kind of restaurants, bars and the shopping bazaars. We were super happy and will come for sure again, we really had a great time and enjoyed every single day 😎

Excellent service, friendly staff. I had my birthday whilst here and they arranged a cake, bubbles, balloons and a gift. The team all sang happy birthday and made my day special. The owner was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, in fact from the moment we arrived, everyone made our holiday special. There is a shuttle bus to the beach and the beds and parasols are free. The food is excellent and there is a good range to choose from. Lots of guests we met continue to visit each year. We will be returning too! ❤️

I dont even know where to start writing this review but i saw someone writing that they could not believe their luck for finding this place, and that is exactly how i feel. The first day we came here and checked in we got home made limonade from the garden and our keys to the room. All the roms are so so so beautiful, each with its own feel, decorated with antiques and art used in a clever way so they feel very cozy but so fresh at the same time. The cleaning was fantastic, they even rolled up our phone charging cables!!! so lovely The food is amazing! Breakfast with lovely music underneath citrus trees with a cup of turkish tea, i will miss these moments so much! Really fresh breakfast and i was impressed about how much of it that was vegetarian! The jams are home made and i fell in love with the rose jam, i had to have it every day because it was so good. Dinners in the evenings with faerie lights, live music and freshly caught shrimps was magical! But most of all the staff is what made these two weeks so special, i’ve never been to a hotel like this, they all made us feel so welcome, seen and comfortable and ive loved getting to know them. This is the first time i feel like i want to go back to a city because of the hotel and not beacause of the city! El lugar se encuentra muy bien ubicado, cerca a la playa y a la zona comercial. En cuanto a las instalaciones se ven un poco antiguas, el aseo no era del todo agradable y en cuanto al baño la regadera estaba en el mismo espacio que el inodoro y sin cortina. La zona de la piscina se veía agradable y limpia.

Отличный отель. Расположение по отношению ко всем интересным местам супер. Еда отличная. Выбор небольшой: рыба каждый день, мясо редко дают( сейчас очень дорогое в Турции), курица в разном исполнении( вареная, гриль и тд) фрукты ( нектарин, арбуз, дыня, слива, грейпфрут, киви, мандарин,винограды

Приехали на пару часов раньше, но заселились сразу после приветственного кофе. Номер 702 на верхнем этаже с видом на крепость Алании и с балкона, и из кровати. . Чистота безупречная, постель удобная, Мини-кухня, посуда, хорошая мебель, в т.ч. на балконе. Не было халатов, но лень было спрашивать. До моря 300м, до M Migros 150м. Общепита кругом достаточно.
