We have been coming to ambrosia for 13 years and over this time we’ve seen some changes and this year was much better hotel seems to get better every year the only thing we didn’t like was the same breakfast everyday for 2 weeks which was Turkish breakfast, it’s lovely but not for us everyday, but we just went somewhere else for something different. I want to give a shout out to the staff on the front Ahmet Alalp and Genghis but also a lovely lad that made our beach day lovely by doing the simple thing like bring ice to keep our drinks cold (sorry can’t remember your name) and to a gorgeous young lady that started the same day we arrived she didn’t stop running around keeping everything tidy. A very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively. The concierges; Dokhan and Duygu served us a very friendly welcome and chats the whole time which helped us to get to know the area a lot too!

The welcome was very cold, only the cook Niluger was super warm and extremely kind, You have to pay for your coffee in the morning... I've never seen that... another espresso I would have understood but filter coffee or other is not included in the pre-paid breakfast The accommodation was not completely clean (cobweb on the walls, very dirty bathroom window, kettle with dirt and water in it that dates back, and missing cupboard handle), it looks like the shower gel bottles are filled with another product because it smelled musty The digital code that I received from the site was not the correct one. The cell phone did not work to receive the correct information. This is not the manager's fault, but he did not try to help me. 'send an email either.  the concept is nice though, too bad.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel from [18 Aug 2024] to [21 Aug 2024]. Unfortunately, this stay was far from what I expected, and several issues severely impacted my overall experience. Firstly, the behavior and attitude of your staff were particularly disappointing. Manager Hilal was very rude behavior, lacking experience, professionalism and unresponsiveness to requests. I want management to investigate on why, she was having such behavior and check if there were room available at 11 AM 18th Aug 2024 for early check in. Manager HILAL was very angry and wanted me to cancel my booking and simply don’t care about guest experience. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was sadly lacking during my stay. Secondly, I requested one large bed and got disappointed to know that they have all single bed which is joined by room service staff and again same manager HILAL was very rude and telling that joining two single bed is same as one 1 large bed or king size bed. This was unacceptable and not at all in line with the standards I expect from a hotel of your reputation. Moreover, when I brought these issues to the attention of the management, handling of my complaint was inadequate and left me feeling even more frustrated. This experience has unfortunately left a lasting negative impression, and I am considering whether I would stay at or recommend this hotel in the future. I believe that such issues should be addressed promptly to prevent other guests from facing similar dissatisfaction. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these matters and provide an appropriate response. I am also open to discussing how this situation could be rectified. I always stay at okaliptus hotel bitez.the manager burak is helpful and will do what he can to help you.the housekeeping in rooms leaves a lot to be desired they don't clean mirrors was cups or glasses. Don't sometimes even move pillows on beds.toilets not properly cleaned just squirt cleaning agent in.the toilet roll holder has not ever been cleaned properly and the skirting in shower has not been painted for years looks very shabby.durson the owner is far more pleasant this year and seems to interact more with his guests.his brothers have no manners and wouldn't even say hello to you even though you are coming for years.as for the loud boom boom music in bar restaurant and beach it's horrendous and every one complains to no avail.the one time said to me it was to keep people awake so they would buy drinks.!!!!!!.I still come to this hotel as its the best spot on the beach but they need to hire more staff for room cleaning.i only see three women doing all the work.

I have stayed in dozens of domestic and foreign hotels and I have never encountered such a disgraceful business and operator. Don't be fooled by the good comments received thanks to its operators in previous years, it is in a very bad condition right now. The public areas of the hotel are covered in dust and filth, dead bugs on the stairs. When you enter the room they give as a cleaned room, a thick smell of dirty wet cloth welcomes you, the bottom of the bed in the room may not have been swept for at least 1 year. The carpet around the bed has turned gray from dust and filth. Sparkling water in the bathroom. Air conditioner hasn't been cleaned in years. Even a light tap on the sofa raises a cloud of dust. You can't see yourself in the mirror because of the mess. Just like abandoned houses in horror movies, my allergy attack started within 5 minutes of entering the room. I do not even go into the details of the arrogance of the operator and the fact that he gave us a hotel management lesson with his scarce knowledge! We left the room within a few hours at the expense of burning the money we paid in advance for 2 days. When we asked for a refund of our money for at least 1 day, disrespectful speeches and threats were added to the arrogance. Totally REASONABLE!
