Further more, the facade outside our room, had lights and attracted many insects. Both rooms- the bed was super soft and the pillows were medium firm. So u will sink in with your neck tilted forward. I woke up with a headache and after an hour, became a splitting migraine and vomited. Service- the housekeeping lady whom served as our point of contact with reception, was friendly and warm throughout. Can tell she tried her best, in interacting with us.
