We stayed as part of a climbing trip to Mount Ararat. The hotel was exactly what we needed. We had a very warm welcome and the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, including looking after some of our luggage while we climbed Ararat. Some of the staff spoke English. The hotel was clean and well-kept and the food was good. There was also a nice garden area with some outdoor seating next to the car park. The hotel lounge was decorated with an array of fascinating local artefacts. For anyone visiting this area, I would totally recommend this hotel.

The place is great, the area and honestly the Kurdish culture, the manager of this super gentle hotel and always arranged his name is Metim to look for it, fabulous place and safe, Additional there is a Kurdish Museum and the Palace.
