"This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great."

"The staffs were very friendly and kind, the hotel was located in a beautiful calm place The breakfast was poor and very limited choices Hotel restaurant’s food was very poor, the hotel was old not renewed for many years The only strength of that hotel was good and friendly staffs I travelled for business propse"

"The service attitude is great. Every employee is very nice. This shows the high level of management of this Hilton, including helping me to surf the Internet Wi-Fi. The breakfast area is also perfect. The room is clean and comfortable. The only downside of the hotel is that it is far from the lake. The 6-lane highway speeds past at speed. It would be perfect if the hotel has a safe passage that can easily reach the lake."

"Staffs are friendly and attentive I arrived at the accommodation and went to see the van-cat, they guided me directly, and when I asked about the bus to Doubeyajit, they helped me as if it were their own business I was very satisfied with the cleaning condition and facilities. "The hotel was in the centre as a location cleaning order ***meat was good, but we left the car clean and was dirty without a closed parking side. The minibar products in the rooms were too expensive for outside. The air conditioning was either not working or not in the bathroom. I don't know if we didn't tell them that, they wouldn't be interested in it. It was a good breakfast."
