"When looking for a place to stay, too priority for me was room service, which this hotel advertised on their website that they offered. They did not. The front desk person the proceeded to insult my intelligence by suggesting that ”room service” means they'll come to your room and change your towels. Attached are the website photos, showing ”room service” under the Dining menu, and ”housekeeping” listed under amenities. The room was nice, the bed comfy, and the free breakfast was great, but the neighborhood has no walkable stores, and one very pricey restaurant 2 blocks away."
"The hotel rooms are very clean and tidy, and comfortable, 🤗 but there is no place to eat around to find a restaurant is difficult, but the victory is quiet, next door there is a casino you can go to eat, others really no 😅"
"The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else."
"I found this hotel by chance. The location is good. You can walk to the aquarium, Four Seasons Hotel and many other places. There is a public parking lot opposite the hotel for $25 a day. You can park for free for 15 minutes in front of the hotel to check in and get your luggage. It is very user-friendly on a narrow street. The hotel lobby has 24-hour hot water and coffee, a gym, and a good breakfast. The automatic waffle machine is very interesting. The service is also good, but the downside is that the sound insulation is not very good."
"This hotel is just across the road from the convention center. It was clean, safe, friendly and had every amenity I was looking for. I had to book very last minute after a cancellation elsewhere and was thrilled to get a clean, nicely air conditioned room with everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Baltimore "
"It meets Marriott's usual standards. Parking is in the parking lot next to the hotel. There is a dedicated skywalk from the 2nd floor of the parking lot directly to the 3rd floor of the hotel, which is very convenient. We chose to park by ourselves, which is much cheaper than valet parking."
"I stayed for 4 days, but only cleaned the room for one day and replaced the amenities once. The hotel policy is that way, but only cleaned the room once every 2 days and no water or toothpaste toothbrush. Especially 3 people booked, but only 2 people were provided in the room. There was no bottled water in the room, so it was uncomfortable to ask the counter every time.
Parking should be parked in the paid parking lot, but I got in the public parking lot in front of me in the evening and came out in the morning, and it cost $70. The belly button was bigger than the belly button, so it was a burden"
"Overall, the price is not cheap. But this service attitude is really not very good, the voice is small, and I don't want to answer it again. The next day, I asked the front desk to help book a car to the airport. The night before, I set it at 6:50 in the morning. As a result, I went to the same front desk at this time in the morning and said that you just didn't say it. I thought you didn't want it. Then I waited for 22 minutes again, and the price was twice as high as we took a taxi from the airport!"
"This hotel has great service, parking and the food was great. They also have two Tesla chargers in the garage. The lower score is due to charging for parking ($34/day) and no continental breakfast. Breakfast was $15. The meal was a large portion."
"The sanitation and environment are good, the room is large and well-equipped. The bed is very high and soft, so it is not very comfortable to sleep on. It is very close to the Inner Harbor Aquarium, and it is very convenient for shopping and eating."

Outstanding
GGuest UserI booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!
RRickAh, Baltimore, a city of rich history and eclectic charm. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of a stay at the Hotel Ulysses, a luxurious retreat nestled in the heart of this vibrant city. True to the reputation of the New York-based design firm, Ash, the Ulysses is nothing short of an architectural marvel.
The first thing that catches your eye? The hotel's impeccable aesthetic. It's a masterful blend of old-world charm and modern design, encapsulating the very essence of Baltimore's diverse character. While the rooms might have been a tad on the cozier side, they more than made up for it with their plush comfort and attention to detail. The Ulysses truly exemplifies the notion that beauty lies in the details, and the meticulousness with which they've curated every aspect of the guest experience speaks volumes.
The 19th-century charm of the Mount Vernon neighborhood is beautifully echoed within the Ulysses. The delicate stained-glass skylight, the ornate crown molding, and the preserved brass postal box serve as a testament to the building's rich history. But it's not all vintage here. The interiors seamlessly transition from the ornate influences of the Art Nouveau era to a more streamlined approach, evident in the hickory wood furniture adorned with Ash’s custom textiles. And oh, those hand-beaded lampshades and embroidered quilts! They added the perfect splash of color and quirk.
A special shout-out to the carved flamingos that support the bedside tables, a delightful nod to Baltimore's own John Waters and his ”Pink Flamingos.” It's this mix of opulence and eccentricity that makes the Ulysses stand out.
Booking through Trip.com was a new experience for us. A bit unconventional, sure, but it came through in the clutch. The $35 ”destination fee” threw us for a loop initially, but the $20 credit we received towards our bill at the hotel restaurant (Ash Bar) or the bar (Blooms) made it all worth it. Speaking of Blooms, what an experience! The mirrored ceiling, the crimson banquettes, and the purple stools set the stage for a night to remember.
In a nutshell? The Hotel Ulysses is a triumph, an ode to Baltimore's multifaceted spirit. Whether you're here for the history, the design, or the sheer experience, the Ulysses promises and delivers. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
杨杨It is a very nice hotel. The front desk service is very good. Hotel parking is also very convenient. It is very good to buy parking tickets after check-in. The only thing that is not so good is that the sound insulation is not so good. Overall it is still very good. The location is also OK. There are many food and luxury shops nearby.
TTracie WestThe hotel staff is exceptionally kind from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The location is a few blocks from the harbor and located next to Lexington Market. The breakfast was good with a waffle machine, eggs, sausage, yummy oatmeal with a wide variety of add-inns. Blueberry compote and candied pecans were my favorites. The room is spacious and clean with comfy beds and pillows. Overall I definitely would recommend. It's was a great price for the service. Newly renovated!
LLINLINThe overall hardware environment is good, but after paying the room fee on my online, the offline deduction is repeated, and it took me at least 10 days to communicate and coordinate. The relationship is too complicated, including Ctrip, foreign agents, hotels. It has not been solved so far, it is a headache!
PPrinceHotel is located in center of Baltimore the front desk was excellent very helpful with our check in and luggage storage on checkout. I will definitely recommend this hotel and come back.
BBOThe location of the hotel is close to the waterfront, which is convenient for dining out and sightseeing. The interior design is also very distinctive, and it is recommended in many hotels in the Central Business District!
XXUThe location is a bit biased and suitable for renting a car. There is no place to eat around, but I feel that the restaurant is good, there are meals at 11 o'clock in the evening. The standard American breakfast is quite rich. The hotel bed seems to be quite tight and needs to be booked in advance. The room and its supplies are also good and worth recommending.
