"The location of the hotel is in the downtown of Berkeley with lots of restaurants and supermarket (Target) around. Bart and buses are adjacent to the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed, pillows and blankets are good and warm. The bath amenities are available but you have to squeeze hardly to get out the lotion. The road near to the hotel is under repair, the workers start working quite early in the morning at 7am, thus it really affected us as we didn’t wish to wake up so early. Homeless people are scattered around the hotel therefore you have to exercise care when going in and out of the hotel."

"Bart stood out for a few minutes and was close to Berkeley University. The boss was very good. There is a refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle in the room, and the toiletries are Neutrogena. It is the soundproofing, the sound of the walk upstairs is very clear, surrounded by McDonald's, 85 degrees C, Chinese restaurants, supermarkets, it is convenient."

"If you have something to do at UC Berkeley, this hotel is the best place to stay with following reasons. (1) Best Location - The nearest to the UC Berkeley, (2) Staff there is super nice and friendly. It made my stay so comfortable. In a meanwhile, you need to bear in mind that (1) Facility is old, (2) you need to bear additional cost, such as Overnight Self Parking 37.00, and (2) Property Amenity Fee 25.00, (3) Property Amenity Fee City Occupancy Tax 3.00, that are not cheap. Overall, I'm satisfied with my choice!"

"The location is a bit far from downtown Berkeley, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.However, I was surprised that the car noise was loud on the road right in front of me. Breakfast was served in a lunch box, and if you choose the food you want, you can bring it to the room on time and eat it comfortably. But I checked out for more than 10 days, and I didn't immediately cancel my deposit."
