"Good basic accommodation. Was clean, no issues. Front desk closed at 10 pm, which was just right for me. Has bathtub and shower with hot water, toilet, kitchen sink and coffee machine. The coffee machine was not working for me, or maybe I didn’t know how to turn it on. No breakfast, just got it myself separately. Didn’t get to use the pool, but it looks nice. It’s motel, so I could stop the car right next to room which was nice."

"This is a century-old building of Zion Co-Op. But the decoration inside the house is very novel. This big room is simple, but there is everything, the space is particularly large, the window is a small air conditioner, so there is no external window. There is a big friendship living room next to the outer basement. But what surprised us most was that there was a common large kitchen on the first floor with pots and pans. The area shared by the whole hotel is very large, there is also a small restaurant, there are many common areas of the large restaurant, but even if the hotel is very full, it seems that the whole kitchen is just for us to use. It was a very unexpected surprise. By the way, the door was called to the duty manager and entered after obtaining the password."

"Perfect spot for exploring Capitol Reef
We loved our stay at Red Sands Hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — great to come back to after a day of hiking in Capitol Reef.
The location is super convenient, just minutes from the park entrance. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel has a really calm, relaxing vibe.
Bonus points for the rooftop deck and the cozy lobby — perfect for chilling out in the evening. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Front desk is super friendly and check in is easy. Room very clean. Breakfast decent choice with eggs and fruits. I like the Xmas decorations at the lobby! Also they have coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby. Very convenient. "

"Although it is a BEST Western Plus level RESORT, the hotel looks like an inn, no different from a motel. There is no RESORT feeling. The location of the hotel is a bit remote and desolate. But behind the hotel is red sandstone.
The interior of the room looks a bit elegant, but it is not practical. There is no place to hang towels (bath towels are already hung in the bathroom).
Breakfast not included. Not good value for money."
