The overall service attitude is good, next to a highway, but not noisy, adjacent to Marriott. Walking around, it is relatively open, and there are many places to eat. There are many choices within 10-20 minutes by car, and the quality is good. There are quite a lot of children playing in the swimming pool. In summer, on weekends, families live more"

"This hotel was very clean which was my main concern. Everything in the room was in good working order. The only issue we had was the toilet was slow to flush and took several tries. The fridge could've been colder too, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The breakfast was good and the pool was clean. We had no issues getting fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. The staff was friendly and prompt. We were close to several stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again."

"My wife and I are driving down to Florida and were looking for a hotel to stay at overnight, then continue our drive. We chose this hotel as it is close to I-75 and the price is very reasonable. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet (although we did hear an occasional plane fly overhead). Breakfast was fine. The hotel has just started renovations so will look much better when they are finished."

"The rooms are spacious, good heating/air conditioning, bed was comfortable. Some of the furniture needed replacing due to cosmetic reasons , the leather was peeled off the chair in the room. It wasn’t extremely quiet in the room, I could hear the tv from another room. But it was not extremely loud. I didn’t say anything about it. It’s nice….especially for the price. I will stay again if I’m in the area."

"Our stay was excellent whenever we travel to Northern Kentucky We always stay at Springhill Suites in Florence Ky the king bed was very comfortable after a long drive from Chicago the breakfast in the morning was excellent and complimentary would definitely stay there on our next trip"
