"Great location! Only 5-10mins distance to varies restaurants and choices, and a shopping mall. So convenient!
Hotel is not fancy but good enough to have everything you need. Price is reasonable as well. Family friendly.
Front desk staff is also very helpful recommending places we could go. If you aren't driving, Uber is easy as well.
TV has HBO channels and cartoons for kids. I can't ask for more"
"Because pets are allowed, the room has a strong smell of disinfectant. Breakfast is not provided because the restaurant has been outsourced. The service of the hotel staff is good. The surrounding area is close to Empire Center and Hollywood Avenue. It is convenient to drive by yourself. It is just an ordinary American motel"
"The new manager Robert is great. Looks like they’re getting more staff and so far they’ve been great. Used to have a big issue with one of the girls but I’m glad there are other employees now "
"Firsts day we got there was good. Second day try and check another night the girl that helped us did not even try to help out. Said she couldn’t find out booking told her it was in there system she keep saying no it wasn’t with attitude. So I had to book another day all over again. And I asked her again are u sure I’m not in there they did it the day before told me no. She knew what she was doing. So when i booked my room again told her there it’s done. Then she tells o I found it No apology no nothing. After I just got done booking my room. Very disappointed with her service bad part I didn’t get her name"
"Service and location were great! Very clean property with a hot tub and pool. Will definitely stay here again in the future when traveling to Burbank. "
"The location is good. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants and stores. Hotel has a laundry room that open 24 hours. This is help me so much because i was 11 days stay there. There's some playgrounds near by. Just 5 minutes driving. Since i am traveling with family, it's so helpful."
"Comfortable place with decent breakfast but very little soundproofing is noticeable because of crying babies, dogs, frequent sirens etc. Neighborhood is near shopping area which is nice but watch out for aggressive homeless and young, territorial, vaping men in adidas tracksuits. Good view and friendly staff as well but not really a business hotel."
"The hotel is very good, very new, the room is comfortable, clean, parking is charged, it is more convenient to drive more than ten minutes from the university. I am really drunk in the American breakfast. Every hotel has a very bad breakfast. American breakfast is like this? Why is the English breakfast so rich? I won’t order any more in the future."
"Great location for the nearby universal studios.
I unfortunately did have an administrative issue at check in which took around 45 minutes to resolve before the hotel issued my room key — the attendant did apologise and said this “never happens”, however it was unfortunate given we had arrived after midnight following a lot of driving.
Other than that, it was a fine hotel."
"An American breakfast is served in the morning. There are toast, bread, various jams, sausages, scrambled eggs, yogurt, milk, coffee, and fruit. The room is larger with a kingsize bed and a sofa bed (need to be spread out by yourself). Feeling thinner, the air conditioner needs to be higher, but the sound of the air conditioner is louder, which is a big problem for the neurasthenic guests. I chose to live here mainly because I have to go to Universal Studios. The road is not far away. I can get it in the morning of 20 minutes. Not far from the California Institute of Technology, not far from Greenfield Park, but just happened to meet the sunny weekend, there are many people going up the mountain, the road is blocked."
