I cannot believe what they charge per night to stay at this dump. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Dirty towels with hair shavings on them, dirty and stained bed sheets, found e-cig cartons in a non-smoking room, stains on tub, something in there caused an allergic reaction and I had to take an anti-histamine. I have been trying to contact the manager for over a week and no response. He is obviously avoiding me as his front desk tell me he's busy in a meeting and when the agency i booked through calls them, they are told he's not in the building. Please let this place run out of business. It is terrible.
I recently stayed because of work and having recently moved to the area was unfamiliar with the Larkspur Landing Franchise. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this location. When I arrived at 3pm to check-in there was of course a long line of people trying to check-in at the sane time. Melissa was working, the lobby was full, she managed to check-in and completely clear out the line in the lobby in less than 15min ALONE, Impressive. The entire staff, extremely friendly, and would greet you with a genuine smile and ask you how your day was going when you walk through the hotel. The rooms are equipped with full size fridge, dishwasher, and the rooms actually have dishes, I have stayed in hotels that had a kitchen but didn’t provide dishes for travelers. Who travels with dishes? The beds are comfortable and there is a large workstation with actual office chairs. I was able to set up my laptop and create a work station which was so helpful to be able to not have to go to a FedEx to do my work. And they provided breakfast for guests, laundry(no charge), the list goes on. This truly is one of the best hotels and I would highly recommend it to those traveling for work and families too. The hotel is quiet at night, not filled with sketchy people, and the parking lot is huge and well lit with cameras. I travel alone and felt totally safe the entire trip. Thank you Larkspur Staff, your hard work is greatly appreciated!
From start to finish I really enjoyed Marriott Courtyard Campbell. I called ahead to review information about the hotel and talked to a gentleman named Wally. He was super informative and helpful. When I arrived he also addressed me professionally and was very helpful during the duration of my stay. I would say he exemplifies outstanding customer service. I use Marriott all the time and have not been this impressed or pleased in along time. Plus it is close to home for a nice getaway. Thanks Wally!
Don’t expect to get any rest at this DoubleTree. We booked a hotel room for 3 nights. Room 201, the East wing of the hotel, right next to the retail shops (Marshalls), and above their delivery dock and industrial trash compactor. The rooms were nice & clean. However, you will not be able to have a restful stay at all. Friday night, we were awakened at 3:30am, by a big rig truck, delivering or picking up something. Not sure if it was working for the hotel or the retail, but after this, it was not easy to fall asleep again. Song with this nuisance the doors below us (staff entrance) would open and be slammed non-stop for the next hour. Saturday morning we told the front desk staff about the issue. They said they would move us on the other side of the hotel, but they had to wait for guests to check out (which they assured us they would have) and they could hold a new double room for us. We told them we would be back later after our event, to get the room. Later that day, upon returning to the hotel around 4pm, we came back to the front desk, there was new shift working the front desk. They told us they did not have a new room for us, and that they were fully booked, and were “prioritizing large groups” and did not have a new room for us. Extremely disappointing! Nothing we could do. The next issue was Monday morning. Awakened again, by the hotels laundry delivery service truck at 6am!!!! Rolling his Containers into and out of the truck, using the load lift gate each time. The rooms should be made sound proof, with sound proof windows as well. The hotel should also have an agreement with the retail businesses to not disrupt hotel guests with their deliveries and use of the trash compactor in the middle of the night! Bottom line, the fact that guests could not have a restful nights stay at a hotel, is not good for a hotel! I mean, isn’t this the main purpose for hotels?! For guests to be able to sleep comfortably without disruption?! So beware of this HUGE issue if you decide to actually book a room with this DoubleTree Hilton Hotel.
There is a park supermarket nearby, shopping and leisure are convenient, you can cook... there is laundry in all directions, CVS, trader Joe, whole food ...Ross a lot of food
We decided to book through a site we had not used in awhile. A good deal is GREAT around the holidays, right? WRONG!!! Upon arriving, the check in process was fairly quick and simple with the young lady; nothing special or welcoming. Upon arriving at the room; we were glad as I had a class I needed to attend to and he had a long day at work! The room was gross, disgusting, smoky smelling, and as my husband touched the drape handle to move it; dust fell like snow! He started sneezing. I personally am not a smoker; so at that point I was freaking out as I smelled cigarettes had been smoked in that room at one point previous. The comforter was so nasty I would of never even wanted to sit on the bed much less sleep on it. My husband did not wish to call the front so I did! I told the girl my concerns and she did offer to switch us rooms but by that time we were so grossed out and I was a bit emotional as I was scattering by then to do my meeting via zoom and work. I told her I just could not do it as I was so disgusted and he would return the keys right away. I am glad we brought 2 cars because I was sick with the idea of my choice in hotels and the outcome! Lucky the place I booked through refunded me regardless of calling them to ask them to honor the refund first and they declined. Now I wish I would of taken photos. I mean my concerns didn't have to do with most handles missing on the furniture, etc..... It was legitimate! I don't smoke; I don't do dirty; and I refuse to settle for nothing less then clean and tidy especially during covid. I will tell you I am fair when it comes to reviews and I only write reviews when they are 5 star except today. I would of never wrote this review; I would of let the issue go as a loss of time should they have agreed to refund me under the circumstances. I don't believe in degrading a family business nor taking away from local businesses as I am a local bay area native. But I believe it was warranted. I feel bad as it is during the holidays but I stand to my code of expectation of cleanliness and hygiene.

Even during COVID-19 -- Marriott Residence Inn was a great stay! I always prefer to stay at Marriott Residence Inn when I travel -- because these rooms are ”mini condos” with bed, kitchen, living room, and laundromat. This stay was different -- I just wanted to have some quiet time from family during COVID-19. I'm on Weight Watchers -- so being able to bring + cook my own food worked for me when I didn't go out to eat. I was fortunate to get a room on the end -- so it was quiet which I liked. Usually this hotel room has plates, pots, pans, utensils -- all that you need in a kitchen -- but it was all taken out. I was glad to use my own plates, pans + utensils. Better safe. If I needed anything - hotel staff was just a phone call away. The hardest part was parking -- it was packed because we couldn't go anywhere during COVID-19 shutdown, even beaches were closed.
A great hotel check-up, super classic and elegant, with the feeling of a royal residence, the room is spacious, comfortable and quiet, and you can see squirrels and hummingbirds at any time. Although the hotel itself is not big, the surrounding environment is also a peaceful rural feeling like a fairy tale cottage. The hotel is on the side of the highway, but it’s not noisy at all, and there is no sound at all. I went to the airport after staying for one night. I went to San Francisco International Airport for half an hour. . Comparing the smallness of British and Japanese hotels, I strongly recommend this large and beautiful hotel.
This is a very small boutique hotel which is best for business travelers that are only there for a couple days. I was here for a conference and the overall stay was nice. All of the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service. The rooms were somewhat modern with the exception of wear and tear in the bathroom and the old school ac unit in the wall.

TTodemmyLos Gatos Creek Trail offers a great relaxation escape from the daily routine, allowing people to stroll in a beautiful place. The trail follows the Los Gatos creek, which now has water swimming along a great natural trail.
1137***66Jack Fischer Park This great park belongs to the nature of the city park. The infrastructure is very complete. The children's entertainment facilities are mainly. The small fountains and small sand pits have everything. It is worth playing ~.
1137***66Interesting story on the house. It was very nicely decorated for the holidays and they had a very nice boutique with some unusual items. I have lived in Campbell for over 50 years and I can't believe this is the first visit. It wont be the last.
