The location was good assuming you had a car but do not rely on public transport. The hotel--motel was clean and well decorated and pool area well kept. We were there for a week and on two days were advised there would be no room service. On a third day we had to request fresh towels as the room had been missed. I do not think the bed linen was changed during our whole stay. The biggest issue I had was with the finance department. ON settling the final account I decided to pay fully in cash and not use the debit card they had taken on arrival. On return home I found two debits on my card one for £270 which had no relation to any services. The second for £493 which was for the total bill paid for in cash. after telephone calls not responded to and four e-mails I eventually got the accountant to credit the money back a month later. still awaiting a call from Mary the manager to explain why they had taken money from my account without athorisation
