"Disappointed. I hold Hilton to a higher standard than Holiday Inn or Motel 6.
We had low shower water pressure and let the front desk know. They indicated that there was a water problem that was repaired and all should be well the next day. It wasn't.
The in room coffee maker did not work.
Won't stay there again. May try the Holiday Inn instead."

"After arriving later than expected, I found my bedsheets to be dirty. Since the night clerk was the only staff working at 10 pm, he could not leave the front desk to change my sheets. He was very apologetic and helpful in supplying me with clean bedding.
Everything else about my stay there was enjoyable. The location is great. The shower was good, and the free breakfast the following morning was delicious. Again, the clerk was really kind, and I appreciated his attention to making things right."

"Very clean facility in a well lit area right off the highway. It's located around lots of food places and is about 10 to 15 min away from downtown Louisville. Rooms are nicely put together everything looks new and smells nice. My only gripe was the parking because there was none"

"3 Sisters on a get away. The front desk people were great and put up with our silliness! The room was spotless - no complaints whatever! Joyce who fixed our breakfast was a delight and we really enjoyed the food selection! Wish we had stayed another night to get bacon! LOL. We even got cinnamon rolls for the road!

"My room was clean and didn’t have a weird smell (which I appreciate). The interstate is audible from one section of the building, the 100’s, but the other rooms would probably be quieter. There is a 24/7 fitness area that has outside access. Fridge, microwave, coffee, iron, hairdryer, and WiFi. Also, if you are a first-responder be sure to ask about the DISCOUNT! ☺️"

"The room was large with everything needed to spend the night.
The breakfast was also good coffee, to make cakes, cereals and bread.
The only negative was the bathroom garden that looked a little dirty and was a lot sneaked the room next door."
