"The hotel is far from the airport the staff SUPER AMABLE comfortable bed basic breakfast NOT TRANSFER TO THE AERPORT I am very disturbed that in my search for hotel brand hotels with transport to the airport and I got out on the list that is a Trip system problem I cost the taxi $60 for traffic but the traffic-free return a Uber was 30 for which the trip must not check that the transport information is correct"

"My family came with me on a business trip. The space is perfect for us and the dog. Nice living room, kitchen and bedroom. Would have liked a cooktop but you can get an electric one with frying pan from the desk.
For free breakfast, it’s great. Eggs, waffles, oatmeal and biscuits and gravy. Fruit , coffee and juice. Very nice. And coffee all day. Beautiful grounds for walking the dog and even elevator security. "

"The hotel was okay but the customer service significant lacked. Couldn't get towels brought up to me for over 2 hours. Kept having to call the desk and everytime he would answer and took my room number..nothing. Had to come downstairs and he's on his phone and drinking water. Mind you I had a project I was working on so I couldn't go downstairs. Also, My TV didn't work. Had a brown stain on my comforter. I see now why they have low ratings. They could really be a good hotel.. Just retrain the workers."

"Overall, it was not bad. The breakfast, compared to its sister hotel, was a little spartan, but there was plenty of it, and tasted fine! The access to wifi was fairly good, but the access to various television stations was so-so. Still recommend it for a few days stay!"

"Hotel was clean and convenient, however the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Anytime someone needed to use the bathroom everybody had to leave the room. One of the windows was busted out, instead of fixing it they put plexiglass over it and glued the edge to the other window leaving the top of the plexiglass open. Breakfast definitely wasn’t good either. "

"The hotel was extremely clean. It was a great feeling to walk in and smell that cleaning products were being used. The front desk keeper was very accommodating. I needed an extra night's stay and she not only helped me book another stay, but honored the price I saw online. The cleaning staff was very kind and made sure we were well taken care of. My husband didn't care for the location, so I am unsure how often we will frequent this hotel, but I would recommend hotel to others. "

JJeffNice for the $$, however, at 345am this truck pulled up outside and from the ungodly noise it made, I was awoken from my sleep thinking something was getting ready to crash into building. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep after that. I immediately complained to night staff and he wouldn't do anything about it or offer me anything for my night of sleep being ruined. Won't be back.

SSMs. LuerelI stayed overnight at this hotel and I really enjoyed myself. Form the start the front desk clerks were very friendly and accommodating. The lobby was super clean and there was access to food and drinks. The room was very clean and the location was close to everything. I will definitely stay again!

GGuest UserWe stayed overnight in our way to Florida. The hotel was a little hard to find, but we eventually did (didn't help that there was a monsoon going on at the time!). The room was very spacious, clean, and pleasant. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and everything went very smoothly. Only complaint i have is the noise from the Interstate; i could hear the traffic all night, but, to be fair, the hotel did supply disposable ear plugs. I would stay again.

LLauraThis hotel has a wonderful staff, there is nothing bad to say about the staff, the room was clean, and breakfast was good, location was good as well. Unfortunately, the hotel does need a major remodel. The gym's AC was not working, Ice machine was not working (we were offered to ask front desk for ice to accommodate the inconvenience though). There is an inside pool but the pool is not heated, so water was very cold (kids couldn't stay in the water because of shivering). I just don't think that it's worth the $150 or a 5 star review :-(

AAnonymous UserWent to the Atlanta Blade Show. The price is quite reasonable considering the time of the year and the distance from the galleria center. The staff were kind and helpful. I arrived at the hotel at noon. There happened to be a room available and they let me check in early so I didn't have to hang around. Grateful to them.

VValerie FranksI have stayed at several ESA locations. BY FAR.....Interstate N Pkwy location is the best on the Cobb County area. Super pet friendly!! Could do better on the breakfast items. But hands down, the staff is amazing. Property Mgr, Shawn does what he can to please and satisfy all of the customers, with the help of Alexis, Desmond, Mark, and Rene and the entire housekeeping staff.

LlavoneWe arrived to Hotel, and the front desk was not the most pleasant, we had to pay 100 dollar deposit, the hotel, was clean but needs a lot of updating, we had 2 pillows for each bed that were flat, and we had to go out and buy pillows, we were left 1 washcloth for 4 guest per night. We were not given any direction as to where ice machine was, no map as to where anything was, so we didn’t get ice for our stay period, we chose not to go for breakfast so we are not sure what that consist of, second night bedsheets had burn places in them, like someone had been smoking and dropped the cigarette. This will be our last and only stay at this Super 8, for sure. So disappointed in this Super 8?
