FFrequentFlier462493The good: responsive staff and breakfast buffet are better than average. The evening staff person welcomed us warmly after a long and stressful drive. They also advised us (when we called to make reservations) that they could accommodate our long trailer. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bad (for us): there is mandatory Fox News on the television (I quietly asked if it could be changed and they said that corporate sets a policy and they are not allowed to change the channel.) I find this ”news program” deeply offensive and it's odd that the Holiday Inn Express corporation has aligned itself so strongly with a news program. Contrast this with our next travel experience (at a competitor's hotel). They had on Good Morning America, and the volume was at a reasonable level. It was such a pleasant way to eat breakfast and I complimented the manager on the entire breakfast experience, including being able to sit down and enjoy breakfast without being bombarded by something that my family and I (and 50% of the traveling public) are offended by.

Maintenance guy was smoking cigarette in hall as we walked by. All that smoked waifed through hallways along with strong smell of indian food being cooked. No elevators to 2nd floor. Hall carpets outdated and dirty. No way the online reviews of 3 stars and up are not frauds. Stuck for 1 nite stay because their policy ..ya right we will see. Choice rewards program was of no assistance either. Been to many third world indigent coubtries and had better hotel than this. You have been warned. Tons of other grreat hotels instead. We decided on Hilton Homewood by mall. It was spectacular. Thank god we changed hotels

GGuest UserAffordable, there is a musty smell in the hotel room, opening the window will lighten some, and shopping near the hotel is convenient. The front desk service was very good and there was a simple breakfast. Ctrip payment does not require a deposit.

There were mice droppings (poop) everywhere in the room, I notified front desk and she tried to assure me there was no mice… after I seen the poop in multiple places with my own eyes. Then when I went to check out because there was no way I was staying another night, the front desk associate tried to explain that they have a pest control come once a month so there is no way they have mice or rats and that it could just be a guest playing games???? I went to sleep and there wasn’t any poop, woke up and it’s everywhere! They 1000% have mice.

HHUIThere is parking lot and breakfast in the morning, worthy of such a cheap price! There is a Chinese supermarket ”Jiajiale Supermarket” within 5 minutes' drive, which can satisfy your Chinese stomachache

I was there almost 3 weeks . The weekly price was great and Frontdesk staff helped me for always I need . The rooms are nice and clean with comfy bed definitely stay again.Vanessa the House keeper always make my room nit clean
