First thing you need to know is that the SEPTA line runs right in front of this hotel complete with two road crossings at either end of the property. So be prepared for late night and early morning train horns as they roll by all day, every day. Secondly, for a hotel that was recently renovated, our room was in need of repairs. There was only 1 sliding door on the closet and it wouldn't slide completely from one end to the other. It got stuck on the left side which hindered access to the iron and ironing board. They do not clean the rooms every day, but every 3 days. The problem is that for an all suite hotel that has full kitchens in each room, the trash piles up after a day or so. We had to buy garbage bags to handle the trash that wouldn't fit in the way too small trash bins. The free breakfast was about what you would expect. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Next time we are in the area, we will stay elsewhere.

I checked in this afternoon and was greeted by Shana and Marlenea who are the two friendliest, happy and helpful people I’ve ever met at a hotel. I tried to pick up a rental car at the Hertz counter at the train station and had 4 employees there try to avoid eye contact with me so they wouldn’t have to help me. Then they told me they had my reservation but no cars were available. I wasn’t in the best mood when I checked into the hotel but these amazing ladies changed my day. I’ll continue to stay here when I’m in town because of them!

Breakfast is OK, if you are not too demanding. We live in two big bed rooms, two adults with two children no problem. You must drive here, and it is more than 20 minutes drive from a ship museum. It is suitable for children to play. A few minutes walk next to a Chinese restaurant is reasonable, Hong Kong people open, Cantonese cuisine is very good, Sichuan cuisine is still okay. The hotel is very clean and has an indoor pool and gym. The hotel is not big, it can't be upscale, but it is much better than the motel. I have more than 1,500 for two nights, free breakfast. The price is not bad in the holiday in August. It may be because there are no big tourist attractions around! Overall good!

I stayed 5 nights at the Homewood Suites in Plymouth Meeting. The front desk personnel were extremely nice and helpful, especially ”Hitman” who was professional and friendly. He said hello using my first name every time he saw me. My room was clean, bed comfy, breakfast was delicious with many choices. The indoor pool was clean with nice warm water I highly recommend.

When we walked into the hotel Rashid was very pleasant with welcoming us. Rashid worked very hard to accommodate our needs prior to check in. His customer service is excellent. I’ll give him and the hotel 5 stars.

The most satisfying hotel in this trip, the breakfast was very rich, the service staff was very warm, and the map and the travel map of Philadelphia were given when staying. I forgot to bring the power of the computer, but also help me find the right adapter. The hotel is about half an hour drive from the Old Town of Philadelphia and Ole. The location is very good and the rooms are large. I feel that there are more guests on business trips, there is a mall not far from walking around, there are many choices for eating, and the hotel is also very cheap.

Had an excellent check-in experience with Joe and Ari at the front desk, including quick and helpful provision of extra room supplies (e.g., towels and blanket). All other staff, including at breakfast and pool, were super friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean, spacious, and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Great experience!

We stayed at this hotel during November 2020 for 2.5 weeks, height of covid, BUT our first opportunity to see our first grandson and prepare Thanksgiving for our son and his family. The staff was wonderful, working out a system of periodic room access for bed linens and cleaning. AND leaving 4-5 days of coffee and fresh towels. We just spent mid-August to the second weekend in September in the now renovated Courtyard. This time helping our son and his wife with an arriving soon grandchild. ONCE again, the staff got us into the same suite on the 3rd floor, and management and housekeeping took great care of us the whole time. Bed linen changes every 2-3 days at our request. Fresh towels to last days. Regular coffee in abundance for the room. My wife ran down and bought breakfast sandwiches or cereal to go most morning. Twice a week we had to drive our daughter-in-law into CHOP for tests and monitoring so no breakfast. We were coming and going at weird hours but always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome.
