"A new hotel, the facilities are new and comfortable. The front desk service attitude was very good. When I checked into the first room, I found that the new curtains had fallen off and they promptly changed my room. The waiters in the restaurant are also very good. They clean up the dining environment in a timely manner and the dining environment is clean and tidy. The surrounding environment is convenient."

"Had a wonderful time staying at Springhill Suites. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and had excellent customer service. The inside of the hotel was very nice and clean. We booked the King suite and the bed was very comfortable."
