The meal was very good. It is convenient to go sightseeing. The customer service at the front desk was well serviced. This is an unpretentious hotel with a swimming pool.
This place was amazing!
Great service
Great views
The room was immaculate
They have a shuttle that goes through the golf course to go down to the beach where they have a little restaurant and the steak tacos were amazing!
They have bikes you can rent for free if you stay there. Which was awesome but was expecting some better quality bikes, my buddies bike was very janky. The gears didn’t really work so up hill was brutal. But they do have E bikes as well which we found out after haha
Can’t wait to come back!

Came to this particular hotel for business. Not sure what to expect as I know this part of Orange County is pretty barren. But ended up being pretty satisfied during my stay. Although, the way to get to the hotel is a little confusing the hotel itself is pretty nice. The rooms are nice, along with the beds being pretty comfy. The staff at this property at really something. From the team at the Front Desk including Logan, Walter & Rafael to the team at the Rooftop bar including Lisa & Cheryl this hotel is awesome. I will definitely be sure to stop by here again for business needs.
I paid the room fee on Ctrip and charged it again when I arrived at the hotel. The room rate booked on Ctrip covers all taxes and attraction fees. Checking out is the hotel trying to charge attraction fees again. Is the information channel between Ctrip and the hotel not smooth enough?
Booked a room shown with a view, said no ocean views for any standard room. Ok…. As the deadpan front desk young man took my info and gave us our keys…. No other conversation…No have a nice stay, no thank you, no nothing…. Ok… We had driven 4 hours and just quickly put our bags in the room, then walked down to the marina. In first look, it didn’t look bad, a little dated with a bad paint job. The Marina inn used to be really nice! Packed and bustling. This WAS the nice place to stay. We had a room the night before in Corona that was beautiful spotless, classy, totally updated, and had a security guard to watch the cars at night And we paid Less! Oh BTW be prepared to pay $15. a night to park!! Not mentioned when I called to book! Marina itself has suffered…all the shops were occupied, lots of people shopping. Now… I’d say about 26% occupied. So sad. I saw migrants with backpacks walking through the marina. I grew up in this area, I worked in the Harbor, it was clean, well kept with many tourists and shoppers! At least the Brig restaurant is still open! A cute Pizza shop, and another small restaurant by the Brig were open. The large restaurants were also open, at least one nearby was. Our room when we explored later was awful! The clean out drain on the bathroom wall side was moldy, the drain clearly rusted and water damaged and painted over badly, very creepy. Baseboards had peeling paint. We couldn’t even take a shower!! The bathroom tub actually had a long deep crack that was open to the inside of the tub! If I had stepped inside and not looked, I definitely would have cut my feet. There was black moldy rot on the ceiling.. ( I have photos of all of this) in more than one place. Peeling paint in many places and under the air conditioner (very old) you could see where they stopped painting with a different color. The chair was horrible! My husband sat in it and the arm parts swiveled off the base… dirty with peeling fake fabric. It looked like it was picked up from the garbage dump. I am sorry… I am not being mean, just honest. We told the clerk, he said the room should have never been rented! But did anyone call us as asked? Nope! I would not sty here again ( oh yea, awful beds!).

I've stayed at this Residence Inn a few times to visit family. The one thing that feels new that isn't my favorite is that you can hear the train nearby. Like a lot. But other than that, I love the hotel. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is good and varied if you stay a few days and the location is perfect! We were checked in by Tristan (I think...Graveyard shift) and he was really helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome after a really long trip. Megan was also helpful the next day when I needed some assistance and she was friendly and warm while helping me resolve my issue. David that works the breakfast area was so nice and really does a great job keeping everything clean, presentable and fresh! Major kudos to him! I'll definitely be staying here again!
Haha, I really like the environment around this hotel, an unforgettable experience, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The room is big enough, there is a balcony, the balcony can see the sea, it feels like a small room in a room, if you can bring your family to play next time.
Opposite is the sea. The appearance of this hotel is okay. It feels like a seaside vacation. The breakfast is ordinary American style. The air conditioning in the room is good. It is very close to the nearby bustling areas. The disadvantage is that the weekend room rate is expensive. Other things are OK.

Doheny State Beach
MM32***23We enjoy walking on boardwalk (not really boardwalk) at Doheny State Beach ,It's 3.5 miles down and back. Great way to get your exercise in, watching pelicans, surfer's, and ocean surf...The air so clean and refreshing in the wintry months. Parking can be tricky in the neighborhoods.
Salt Creek Beach
1137***66What a beautiful and well maintenance beach area. This is a great place for a picnic or a stroll along the beach. The view is breath taking and very romantic for couples.
Baby Beach
Ccoo***anThis beach is great for preschoolers, toddlers as there are no waves and the sand is silky smooth. There is also a picnic area with lawn and shower facilities. And free parking. We brought our 3 year old mid-week and had a fine time.
Lantern Bay Park
TTodemmyIt's overlooking the harbor so how can you go wrong? Next to the Marriott so there's not much parking but a great spot to run through & do the stairs if you want exercise. I would recommend parking in the parking lot of the harbor & walking up the stairs to access.
