This is a stunning newer property in a beautiful part of the city. We're big Bonvoy travelers and this is a top tier option, especially for the midwest. Awesome views of the river and bridges, great design & comfort and stylish rooms. We loved the rooftop bar - more views & fantastic craft cocktails. It's basically attached to the Exchange event center (via a really cute courtyard) which makes it perfect for events there. This was a work trip so we didn't do much additional exploring.

The stay at this hotel was truly memorable. The rooms are spacious and bright, elegantly furnished, comfortable beds and warm and thoughtful service staff. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, the surrounding environment is quiet, very suitable for leisure and vacation. I will choose here next time.

In the fifteen+ years of traveling for work, this was one of my very top hotel experiences! The hotel itself is great, and then add to it the outstanding customer service from every single staff member. My king room on the 6th floor was clean, large and comfortable. The only thing missing would have been a microwave in room as I typically have most meals in my room for health, time and financial reasons. However, they had two microwaves that were accessible downstairs in the lobby. I woke up in the mornings without back pain, which always tells me the quality of the bed. The bathroom was large, clean and had a great shower (no tub) with a rain head as well as a handheld sprayer. I didn't use the coffee maker other than to heat water through it to make my own coffee. Here, a Keurig would have come in handy, but I checked in advance, so I brought my own. Noise. What noise? None!! It was incredibly quiet and made for a great night's sleep - that is once I could turn off the Showtime and Netflix that was offered on the TV. The 6th and 7th concierge floor came with a lounge that's on the first (lobby) level. They had real eggs (!) and real bacon (!!) in the mornings along with other options, evening Hors D'oeuvres that were ok, and they said desserts later at night but I never checked those out. The lounge was closed on the weekends, but they gave a coupon for the breakfast buffet at the restaurant. It's all these things that make for such a great stay! Even the elevators were fast and had clean carpet. The gym looked good but I never had time to try it. My meeting room: we had about 50 people. Banquet staff was wonderful and made everything easy. On the first day they were helping me set up my microphone and projector, and checked in on subsequent days to make sure all was going well. There were large groups next to us and though we could hear them a bit, it wasn't too disruptive and we felt well taken care of throughout the seminar. The room was large, clean and temperature was good. Best for last: I realized on day #3 and #4 that I wasn't congested at all. Typically, by then I have a bit of ”hotel congestion/allergies” from cleaning products, hotel air, etc., but I had absolutely no reaction to this hotel! So, whatever products they are using for cleaning and laundry are clean and also, fragrance free. No weird or strong smells. The staff!! From start to finish, they were exceptional! Big thank you to Joey and Tim who both went out of their way to accommodate. The others, though I don't have names, were also amazing. Thanks so much!

This Fairfield is our favorite place to go when we want a home away from home. We are very particular about cleanliness when staying at a hotel and we're not disappointed. The lobby was clean, floors spotless even in the elevators. Even the patio furniture was clean! Our suite made us feel at home immediately, no icky feelings as happens sometimes when traveling. The pool area was also clean and fresh and the pool water the perfect temperature. Great experience!

SsdjhllI am a super budget traveler and may not choose this hotel if I am paying or if I don't have a TA discount. This hotel is preferred by my company so we generally stay here. This is a really nice hotel. It is close to everything I need. Food, Nails, Ice Cream, a nice walk in the park over the bridge... It's perfect. The area is growing so there will be more things to do. Nevertheless, the bed is comfortable, the front desk staff is ALWAYS a joy to chat with. My very first visit to Dublin, I stayed here... the staff gave me the deets on where to go to eat (Local Cantina across the street), and more. They are fun and pleasant... so treat them right. They have no control over what Marriot's rules are. Every now and then there are some minor issues in the room... but things happen. Remember to report them so they can get fixed before you leave.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the TownePlace Suites in Dublin, Ohio, from August 14-18, 2024. As a loyal Marriott customer who frequently stays at your properties, particularly in the Columbus area due to my daughter attending Ohio State University, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of service and accommodations provided during this visit. I reserved a one-bedroom suite with a king-size bed and a sofa bed. However, the sofa bed consisted merely of lying directly on the sofa itself, which is far from acceptable. I expected a proper pull-out sofa bed, as advertised, but this was not the case. Upon arrival, I noticed that the LVP flooring in our initial room was sticky, which was very unpleasant and added to my dissatisfaction. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. The carpets in the hallways were consistently dirty, with debris present throughout our stay. We were primarily on the 4th floor, and later the 5th floor, and both were similarly unkempt. This lack of cleanliness is concerning and does not reflect the standards I have come to expect from Marriott properties. We had three separate reservations during our stay. We paid for an additional room for one night for our daughters and extended our stay by switching rooms, but the issues were consistent across each experience. At breakfast, there was only one person managing the area, resulting in frequent shortages of essential items. On Saturday, I had to request forks, sausage, waffle mix, and coffee cups, as many were missing or depleted. On Sunday, there were no plates, eggs, or waffle mix available. The small cups provided for beverages were inadequate, holding only about 6-7 ounces. More staffing is clearly needed to maintain the breakfast area properly. Lastly, I found that the front desk staff were frequently absent, requiring guests to wait until they emerged from the back office. This was particularly frustrating as I had to approach the desk on multiple occasions. Normally, I stay at the Residence Inn on Olentangy River Road or the TownePlace Suites in Upper Arlington, and I have never experienced these issues. The management of this Dublin location could certainly learn a few things from the Upper Arlington property, which has always met and exceeded my expectations. Given that I plan to continue staying at Marriott properties during my visits to Ohio, I hope that you will address these concerns with the franchise owner of this location. My family and I were highly disappointed by our stay, and I believe that improvements must be made to bring this property in line with Marriott’s usual standards. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Took a trip with my adult daughter and stayed in King Studio room, which was very nice. We didn't really need a full kitchen as we were only staying one night. Was a bit put off when I couldn't find any beverage glasses in the cupboard. Ended up discovering a bunch of dishes in the dishwasher. I had no idea if these had been washed or not and therefore, ended up running the dishwasher as a precaution. I feel like a sign posted somewhere indicating that dishes have been cleaned/sanitized would be a welcome courtesy for incoming guests. When I opened the dishwasher and pulled out the bottom rack, the dishwasher just about fell out of the cabinet! I forgot to mention that to the front desk -- we were in room 221. Otherwise our short stay was comfortable and I would stay there again.

The only complaint that I have is that the housekeeping staff didn’t clean the room thoroughly before we checked in because I found an empty water bottle under the couch within an hour of our arrival. I Always prefer staying at Embassy Hotels because of the hot breakfast & evening reception. Of course because of COVID, there was only a grab & go breakfast plus the evening reception was nothing like the “pre-COVID” days. We were offered only 2 canned beers/piece plus a bag of chips. I understand why things are the way they are. I felt that this hotel was definitely on top of providing sanitation items like wipes at the elevators and hand sanitizer throughout the common areas. They tried to prevent families from gathering in common areas because they weren’t wearing masks but they still managed to do it. There were some very inconsiderate people there but that’s not a reflection on the hotel. I would definitely stay here again because the area was very quiet and the hotel was really nice.

GGuest UserThere were 3 good things about the hotel: the comfy bed, the new shower w/ cool drain, and the free breakfast. There were several bad things, though, that made the stay less than average: room not ready by check-in time, room given was missing microwave and toilet seat wasn't clean (had spots & a hair), window in room was nasty (might as well not have been there, since you couldn't see through it), trash was all over parking lot and stayed there all 4 days, back door was unlocked vs. using guest key to open, and no COVID protocols were in place, although I called hotel directly & received confirmation that there were (that staff wore masks). Hotel is going through renovations, so hopefully, windows are on the list, but they said rooms on my floor were supposedly done. Price needs to be a bit lower to stay for the quality experienced and uncleanness observed. I rated it a 4/10 on Hilton survey, so it's a 2/5.

BBloviating-BelzekI have to admit this is one of the nicest and cleanest Red Roof Inns I ever stayed at, and I've literally stayed at hundreds over the past 20 years. As soon as you drive into the parking lot, you notice there is NO garbage lying around anywhere, which is a good sign. They also have a lot of trees in the parking lot area which makes it more woodsy and relaxing. The premium king room was very clean. The mattress is firm and the fridge worked good. The A/C seemed to be fine but maybe needed some refrigerant charged up since it wasn't ice cold on a hot day. The flat screen TV is HUGE like around 60 inches! The WiFi speed was good but not blazing fast, maybe around 20 Mbps. I wish this hotel would get a faster internet provider. The front staff was very friendly and helpful, which is a refreshing change from the rude and uncaring desk clerks I meet at other hotels. The parking lot was very quiet and safe with no shady people walking around at night. The hotel is right off the Columbus beltway so makes it easy to get to where you need to go. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

GGuest UserFirst, I would suggest (if you MUST stay here) a 2nd floor room…others in my group staying on the first floor ended up with bug bites all over them. I had a second floor room and it was odd…two rooms separated by a sink/bathroom area, each room with a queen bed. The mattresses seemed newer but cheap…sort of sturdy, but not very comfortable. The carpeting in my room was dark-colored so hard to know how clean it really was. The room smelled clean enough and not overly deodorized. A friend’s room down the hall was set up differently with the front room set up like a living area and the back room with a bed. The carpeting in that room was stained and grubby looking, as was the furniture. The phones in the rooms did not work. My hair dryer did not work so had to get dressed and go downstairs at 6:30am to see if they had a hair dryer available. They had a box full…most of which didn’t work either. Luckily, he found one that did. The grounds are not very well kept—****s growing in the area in front, a big roll of carpet or something near the door. There are many hotels in the area and I would pay a little more and stay some place cleaner and hopefully, bug-free.
